Allow me to be very transparent. Elevators are on temperamental animals. I have a Residential Elevator. It is one year old. At first it needed some constant attention. Tweaks if you will. Then it was good. Recently we had an issue. I called the installation company, Team Elevator.They came on Friday night. Yes you heard that right, Friday night. The thought it was fixed however it went down the moment we used it again. You would think I got upset, NOPE. I called Team Elevator Answering service and a tech was at my home at 10:30 AM. Before I go any further, I cant even get a plumber to come to my house on a Friday, forget about a Saturday.Every time Team Elevator comes to my home, I learn more. The more I learn, the less time I need to call them. Do I like service calls, NO. Is it needed from time to time, YES. This is just my experience with this company. Hope that helps.

Arthur is a fixture in the elevator industry. Ive interacted with him at many industry events and he is always a source of knowledge and insight. I suggest you utilize his expertise to the fullest.

I am thinking these guys are out of business. We have been using for the last year but have been calling for 8 weeks now to come out and service with no call backs. Strange thing is they must be still paying their call service as we do get an operator but only to have them tell us someone will call us back which never happens. Disappointed as we were trying to support Small Business.

Super knowledgeable and helpful people. We live in a historic home with an equally historic elevator. When we bought the home the elevator worked but not dependably. The company that had maintained it refused to work on it and would only offer to install a new and, of course, an ultra-pricy elevator. Team came to the rescue and simply re-wired and replaced all essential components and did that for a reasonable price. Our elevator now works reliably and we are more than satisfied with the work Team did for us. We recommend them to anyone who needs problem solvers as opposed to pricy companies who only know how to install new elevators.

I called about 3 months ago and made an appointment with their answering service. Three weeks later I called again. A man named Arthur did call back and said he was just so busy with hotels downtown that he was way behind. Never heard back again.So I called another elevator repair company who responded in about a week, came out and repaired my in home elevator.
