Nothing but a positive experience with Steven. On time, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. I used another repair service prior to This and was terribly disappointed. So I was highly skeptical as to how this experience would be. But after speaking with Steven on the phone (very prompt to return your calls by the way) I was willing to give it another go getting my game repaired/converted. Steven provided an initial diagnosis over the phone of what he suspected and arrived at my house on the agreed upon date and was on time. After some more discussion I had decided to convert my cabinet to a 60 in 1. Steven ordered the parts, came back, and completed the conversion. Again, all on time and for more than a reasonable price.My biggest take away is that Steven genuinely wants his customers to be pleased with the work when he is finished. My biggest observation was that this is a guy that really enjoys repairing these games and he’s very knowledgeable. I highly recommend using this business for your arcade game repair/conversion needs.

Growing up, my siblings and I were lucky to have a pinball machine. We loved playing it, so when I saw one just like it in an antique store many years later, I bought it. However, its condition was a far cry from the one I’d originally owned. It needed a lot of work. I was excited when I discovered Alabama Pinball Repair, and Steven agreed to take our machine. It just a few short weeks, he accomplished a miracle! We picked up the machine yesterday, and I was transported back to my childhood. The game looked and sounded wonderful! He was able to work with us and keep it within our budget. Now, my children and I are going to spend Christmas honing our pinball skills. I definitely recommend Steven. If I ever decide to add to my collection, I’ll be bringing my next machine to him too!

Steven got me rolling. I picked up a Gottlieb Volcano at auction that wouldnt boot up and I tried everything I could Google up to fix it. Spent hundreds of dollars and about a hundred hours with only limited success before throwing in the towel. I then found this pinball wizard. He had this beast resurrected in just two hours with just what he brought in his tool box. It was amazing and quite frankly, I thought could not be done. He is professional and very personable and obviously loves what he does. I highly recommend him and give him 5 stars and that is pretty rare for me.

I have a Xenon pin that just stopped working. I had two experts take a look at it. One had me order three mother boards and when he installed them the machine showed no sign of life. This expert decided it was a wiring problem and estimated it could take him up to a few hundred hours to get it working again. I found Steven after an internet search and he had Lady Xenon up and working in less than one hour. I paid him his service fee plus and hours charge. He also gave me some good tips on keeping my machine working for the long haul. Steven is the real deal...he will solve your problem the first time out. Plus, hes a real nice guy who I felt comfortable having in my home.
