Grays Tree Service was excellent at clearing my backyard. They had personalized support and estimating, a friendly crew of men(Steve, Phil, Derrick were so attentive and focused!) and helped explain how they planned to attack the yard, we had several trees ranging in size. Grays just took down a very large, and very dead, maple in my front yard. I cant say enough about their crews and office staff. Absolutely top notch! They did a great job for a reasonable price. Looking forward to using the stump grindings for compost.

Grays crew did what they promised. They appear to work with safety in mind at all times. The huge tree removed came down quickly. They were careful not to damage my driveway and landscaping.

Dont use this company youve been warned. I hired them to remove a tree in my yard and they assured me that their crane would not crack my driveway but of course they were wrong. Driveway has a huge crack now

I was assured that tree debris would be picked up within 24 hours when I was given an estimate for removal of a large tree in my front yard. On the day of the work order, I was once again told that removal of debris would be the following day. It is now 2 days and I am being told that they are a high volume business and will attempt to remove the debris within 72 hours. I have used them in the past and have been pleased with work that was done as promised. I am now told that damage to my yard would not occur for 10 days. Will not use again.

Initially great to get back to me and get me an estimate, however now will not return calls to schedule the job. I realize it’s small, but it’s still not professional to just not return multiple calls. I’ve found someone else to do the work, and while it’s also small for them and they won’t commit to getting out for another month, at least they return calls.

These guys were fast and made sure everything they touched was cleaned. They got a tree that had fallen in my yard out in less than an hour.

Grays Tree Service has been a blessing! They have done huge projects and smaller ones. Their team is amazing and thoughtful. They also have the best equipment to prevent damage on the property and clean up perfectly!

Incredible Service Professional and knowledgeable staff! Had a tree to fall on 2 of our cars blocking our drive this past Sunday Morning a little after 6 am. We had several trees removed in February 2018, and Gray’s really came through. These are the right boys with the right toys, as my mom said. We had some scheduling issues in 2017, and were very happy to be able to work with Gil and the guys at Gray’s this year. We hope to use them again!

We have used Grays for several years. They have professionally removed 4 large trees over these years. Always prompt and professional! Their pricing is competitive and have always stood behind their work.

First let me say this. The people who work for Grays are very nice. But they run an awful business. From the time I called them to when the job was done took close to a month. So I needed three dead trees removed. Called got the quote within a couple days. Scheduled it for a few days later. Well we had some rain periodically which they can’t work in and that is not their fault. What is their fault is how poorly they communicated and they told me multiple times that they would take care of it the next day and they never did. Also, they needed a special crane and they couldn’t figure out how to schedule that either. Then they cut the trees down super quick, so that was a plus. But they left the debris on my grass for over a week and messed up my lawn. Then, they came to grind the stumps a week later. They ground them and just left the debris all over my yard. When I called a few days later they said they charge extra to remove stump debris and said most people use it in their yards. What am I supposed to use dead tree debris for? Why was this not mentioned when I got a quote? Anyways, I will not be using them again.

I loved Grays Tree Service when they came and cut down the two huge oak trees in my front yard. They didnt harm my grass at all and cleaned up all of the mess. They did stack the big logs on the open area next to my house until a large truck come come haul them off......which was later on that afternoon. Cant say enough good things about their service or work.

They came cut 84 dead trees and ground them up, and took some off to be disposed of. I would recommend to anyone.

They cut some trees for our neighbors. Before they left they removed all of the trees in front of our neighbor’s house but left tree trunks and branches stacked about 7 feet tall in front of our house. It’s extremely unprofessional. I even watched them blow the leaves into our yard. They left as soon as I came out. Extremely unprofessional.

Worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with. 3 no shows without even a courtesy call Receptionist very rude - hung up on me.

Absolutely the worst customer service around! When you call for an estimate, expect to wait at least a week to be contacted to finally make an appointment for the estimator to come out. I was told by the estimator that my job would be completed in a day. However, when the scheduled day occurred and there was potential severe weather, they cancelled my appointment and worked on other jobs. I called the following day and was told I had been pushed back to the afternoon again and my job would now drag out for several days into the weekend. From a previous job they did at my house, they leave the trees lining the street for days until their truck finally arrives to pick up the logs, killing the grass and leaving an absolute mess in the yard. We will be using another company for all our tree needs in the future. All in all, they are disorganized, thoughtless of others schedules, and you never get an honest answer when you call to see when they are actually coming out.
