Got an uber to this place with my laptop. Couldnt find the place. Called for directions and the guy wanted tot about appointments. Total waste of time!

They dont overcharge and I would definitely go there again, but I probably wont have to because they did an awesome job on my laptop.

Needed IT help for my home office so I called Lyons. Gave them my requirements, made a deal and booked for home visit after 2 days. None of that happened. This guy calls on the 3rd day asking what again were my requirements and that theyre sending over their guy ASAP. He did. Charged me 2x for things I didnt really need but he said I needed. Later confirmed by a friend that my home network could have been simpler and cheaper. I think I got robbed.

Tucked away in back corner small sign makes it difficult to locate, but the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I didnt know what the kids did to the laptop, but it just wouldnt turn on. We had no idea what to do. The guy at Lyons fixed it in 45 seconds, and didnt even want to charge me. You dont get better than that. Whew!
