I have always placed my print and copy order by emailing the store. Well today I tried and was told I needed to come and pay for it ahead of time. Whats the point of ordering online if you still have to come to the store and then come back again to pick up the order. WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC I do not want to have to come in and out of your store multiple times. Not only that ordering online does not allow you to use your SPC account. Get it together Office Max! I was also told by the manager we are a fortune 500 company that he has no control of that. Well a fortune 500 company that deals with people and technology shouldnt have a issue with the website or taking care of their customers.

Great customer service! The friendly staff assisted me with selecting the best printer and informed me about additional printer supplies. They promoted other products as well. OfficeMax has a large quantity of printers whereas other local stores are out of stock. This store was my last option before ordering a printer online.

Worst customer service at the register. I feel like I interrupted his day and his task of wiping down the cash register. He only acknowledged me when I had a question and when I said thank you at the end of the transaction.

I was impressed with the amount of printers. Am in the market for business printer and they had two full rows. Staff was helpful but not very knowledgeable.

I ask Jessica about faxing something for me at 725 pm and her reply was we shut down printing and fax at 730 but we stay open till 8

Nightmare! That sums up my visit to Officemax on 280 11/29. I was looking at purchasing several laptops for my small business. Spoke with the manager which was a loud lady which I assume was the manager. When I asked questions about the laptops, she rudely interrupted me and said I dont know anything about the computers but you can read the sign for more information. I asked how many they had and she said we have two in stock. I was going to ask if she could check another store and she interrupted me again by saying sir we are in a pandemic, so we dont have alot you can look online. I said I would look around. Lets just say I took my business down the road to Staples. Was able to get the laptops needed and not deal with rude people. Go to Staples #officedepot #staples

I will not shop in this location, or any of your other stores, as long as you empower your employees to call me out from across the store to ask me to put on a mask. It is a personal choice whether I wear one or not, and if you mandate that I have one to shop...you won’t receive my cash.

The last time I came into the store my time in the copy/print department was pitiful, the staff I dealt with was careless and didn’t seem to want to help me in the first place, as if my business was an inconvenience to the people working at the time. This time around the manager Stephaney helped me and I had a whole new experience, she was polite, helpful and made sure everything I possibly wanted was taken care of. She even gave a big smile through the whole encounter which is a lot to say when you take a look around at the rest of the environment. A person like herself keeps moral up and was everything you’d expect from someone who knows real customer service. A person like her should be running a business.

Went in store today 7/28 to see if we could scan pictures to flash drive. Stood in line waiting Bobby (didnt know at time he was General Manager) just stared not saying anything. Young lady working with a customer said i will be with you in a moment. Finally Bobby acknowledge us asked if he could help .We stated had pictures needed to convert to flash drive he stated it would be 2days .I stated needed for a funeral he stated rudely over there you can do it yourself just walked away never actually taking time to show us where as he was walking away i said were are flash drives he stated in isle 5 which was wrong isle.Finnaly found on isle 6 .Saw an employee asked wich he recommended just mumbled and walked away. Needless to say General Manager Bobby shouldnt even be in management no customer service skills or employees either.Needless to say want be back passing this own to others .Dont wast your time in this store

Be careful when you place an online orderPlaced an online order on Saturday 2/16/2020....it said 3 to 5 days. I called on Day 4 to check the status to hear it would be ready on 2/21/2020. Last I checked that was 6 days because I ordered early Saturday morning. This isnt the 1st time and obviously if you need something printed.....it is necessary and usually urgent. So understandably I got frustrated and was told that if I was gonna holler they would hang up. Im asking an obvious question...why would a customer place an order if it didbt work in the time they needed ....???? FedEx got it done in 2 hoursStay away from this store but looking at the traffic in that parking lot.....it looks like people.are already staying away.

When their items go on sale, its comparable to Amazon. The regular staff is very nice and helpful. The upper tier management, however, needs some work. Still a great store, and recommend here over Best Buy if possible.

I was presenting a postor for a class final and accidentally crushed the first. I called and talked to Tom and he printed it immediately! Tom was seriously my knight in shining armor that day, especially with only an hour remaining on the clock. I highly recommend using their printing service.

This location has outstanding customer service. Staff is always ready to help.

The cashier was very friendly and even gave me a rewards card. They had a better selection of printer cartridges that Cartridge World did. We also use Office Max/Office Depot at work and purchase orders are usually delivered the next day.

Employees very helpful, store clean and well stocked. Great place to shop.

I always go to Fedex for shipping. But I saw the sign today at OfficeMax that said, “Ship where you Shop.” So I gave it a try. Total disaster! My shipment had to be there Saturday. The clerk told me to pay the extra for Saturday morning. I paid the extra. When I got home the tracking said Monday! I called Office Max. They told me I would have to return to the store to get it straight! I returned to the store, picked up my package and went directly to Fedex. My last trip to OfficeMax.

Always helpful and they usually have what I need. Convenient.

Office max lacked customer service. I had a coupon that said ANY sharpie product, not just the two products on the coupon. Brenda denied me the coupon. So i went to Staples and asked if i could use it and they said yes. Will not be going back here.

Really needs signage worked on so that it matches whats there.

So I called up here to this Office Max and ask did they have a particular item in stock and the lady on the phone told me yes but once I got all the way to this location, the same employee told me that they no longer carry this item. Complete waste of time and not to mention I am nine months pregnant and was searching everywhere around the store and no one ever asked me did I need any help. Wont ever go back!
