Mike Ramey and his team are TOP NOTCH! We had an emergency flood through the attic and down 2 stories from a hot water heater burst. DURING A PANDEMIC. Going from isolation to vacating our home and filled with numerous contractors was extremely stressful. To The Rescue was the guiding light through the entire process.I cannot state enough how professional, accountable, intelligent, caring, detailed, timely and trustworthy Mike and his team are. Laurens experience is extensive and extraordinarily knowledgable and polite. It was such an invasive and vulnerable experience and we felt completely safe with the remediation team helming the process. While I cannot say the same for the other contractors, I can recommend To The Rescue with certainty! They worked with my insurance thoroughly and with extensive detail. Most importantly, they treated our home as if it was their own. Not a sales pitch; thats the truth.They answered all of my endless questions and went above and beyond at every step. I have a serious mold allergy and they offered and completed every option, including air quality testing, to ensure my wellbeing and safety. The wore proper PPE with every visit, they remained in constant contact including visits to check on progress and even provided photographs when they would leave our home since we could not be there. We were able to salvage the majority of the sheetrock (which was extensive) with no mildew or mold damage because of their diligence and expertise. Not only did we find our forever remediation and air quality service, we would now consider them friends. Thank you To The Rescue for making this immensely stressful disaster easier!

At a time when I had no idea why was up or down, at 2 am ankle deep in septic backup, Mike met me in the middle of the night, took care of everything, offered advice, made me put on shoes to protect myself, took care of me when I couldn’t take care of me. The peace of mind he gave me was worth it. His crew was always courteous and kind, wore masks both for the task and for COVID precautions, and I almost wish I had another reason to hire them (kidding. No more issues, house, please). Seriously, best decision I made in my time of emergency.

Great business! They rolled out my rug to inspect it and told me what needed to be done to bring out the color and best results. They were punctual in getting my rug cleaned and even glued back some areas that had come loose on the binding. Very personable and unloaded and loaded my carpet into my car. I would highly recommend!

8 year old leather ottomans look brand new. 8 year old white leather sofa looks infiniitely better. Before he began the job, Mike explained that the sofa would not look brand new unless we did a very aggressive cleaning that would necessitate bringing in another company to restore the dye which has rubbed off over time. In my opinion Mike scores A+ in integrity!

A Mr S. from Hoover, said he would be a CHEERLEADER for To The Rescue. He said we had EXCELLENT SERVICE and DID EXCELLENT WORK and that we were KNOWLEDGEABLE , REASONABLE and PROFESSIONAL. He called us at 7am one morning because something spilled on his carpet and sofa. We came and cleaned it up before lunch.

My ice maker water line broke and caused water to leak under my baseboards and kitchen cabinets a few days before my home was to be inspected prior to closing on the sale of my home. To the rescue answered my call over the weekend, came out the next morning and had everything dry for the home inspection without any issues. I feel the price was reasonable for the amount of trips they had to make to my home and how much work was involved. They tested for mold, came back every day to check the moisture level in the wood until the moisture was gone, and they put my cabinets and baseboards back together after everything was dry. I would definitely use them again, if the need arises.
