Service Master Restoration is the absolute best! I have used them for many years and they exceed my expectations every single time! They are always available anytime you have a question and concern. They go above and beyond any other restoration company out there. Once the job is complete, they always do a follow up to check and make sure you are pleased with the work they have performed! It does my heart good to know there are still honest and good companies out there that won’t just take your money and do it the wrong way. A friend recommended ServiceMaster Restoration by One Call after an emergency with a contractor. While installing cabinets, a contractor accidentally drilled into a pipe which left water spraying in the laundry room on the main level, and through the floor into the basement. It took quite some time to locate the emergency shutoff, and we were concerned about damage to the floors. I called Parker at ServiceMaster and, though he was at another job, he offered to come out right away. Parker came checked our hardwoods, set up the necessary equipment, and did not oversell us on what we needed or for how long. I most appreciated his flexibility and integrity, especially during an emergency situation when I could have been sold into almost anything to avoid damage to my house. I would recommend ServiceMaster without hesitation.

Our basement flooded the day after Christmas (which was a total nightmare). We have 3 kids under the age of 3 and had NO idea how to take care of this or how we’d pay for it. We were connected with Parker (the owner of this service master) and are so so thankful!Not only did he come to our house within 30 min to evaluate the damage, he was also a super communicator (which is something often lacking in this field), was totally trustworthy, and went above and beyond to ensure our water damage was addressed correctly. He definitely made this disaster much less stressful. Totally recommend him 100%! Obviously we hope nothing like this ever happens again, but if it does, we know who to call!
