Worst experience ever. Never use Steve Hoffman. Asked for a family room, 2 sofas, a chair, ottoman, and stairs to be cleaned. First of all, he was late, and when he got here and observed carpets and furniture he tried to tell me I needed to include the landing on the second level. He said it wouldnt cost that much more, and he would go out to his vehicle and figure it. He then came back in and said it would add too much so we didnt add the landing. When I booked him, I told him I had out of town guests coming and had a deadline. He assured me he could get it done only to change that after he started the job. He said he would have to come back to do the furniture the next day. My couches looked worse after he cleaned them, and you couldnt even tell he did anything to the family room carpet. The stairs were also worse. When I got home and saw the mess he left, my husband called him to complain. After much discussion, he sent us a check for 1/2 of what we had paid and a letter still trying to convince us we were wrong and he was right. It has been a year since that happened, and we have looked at it everyday regretting using him. We called Rooms To Go and asked for a recommendation They suggested Stanley Steemer. They came and my carpets look brand new. My furniture looks brand new as well. They were about $75-$100 more, but so worth the money. I will only use them now.i dont know how they corrected the mess, but they did. If I had before and after pictures, I would take Steve Hoffman to small claims court. No one should ever contact this man to clean their carpets!

They are not interested in your business. Rescheduled multiple times. I’d recommend using someone who wants to earn your business and money.
