Updated. Today is 3/6/18.A job well done. My car looks like new.Same $25 just like a year ago. I gave $10 tips.Today is 10/10/2016. After the hand car wash, my car looks just like in a show room condition. I should had taken some pictures before getting this hand car wash; and you will see the before and after effects.How much I paid? $25. It took the guy about an hour to finish the job; and I am from New York City...and I am totally satisfied.

Great service!!! My truck was shining like new money!!! I forgot to take pictures because I was blown away with the amazing service. A young man named Major washed my truck inside and out and he was the BEST!!!! He didnt miss not one inch. The pricing was affordable and in my opinion shouldve been more. They now have a loyal following from me!!! Ashley, the manager was not afraid to get her hands dirty and she made sure people were in and out, very professional!!!

I only come here to get my car washed and nowhere else. The staff is great, friendly, fast and detailed. When I got a few scratches, they buffed and waxed at such an affordable price. I love this place!

Although they dont clean the inside of the car anymore, they did a great job on the outside and the price was reasonable.

Dropped my sisters car off at 12 in the afternoon came back at 3:45 and the car wasnt done. Came back at 5 and it was just being dried off. When I looked in the inside of her car after we got back to the hotel the inside wasnt even done. I was highly disappointed. Probably will never be back it wasnt worth 35 dollars for a bs job.

Great prices but dont leave anything in the car.My foldable hazard triangle and beanie were taken. I saw the beanie on the ground but whatever, it wasnt until I drove off that I noticed the hazards were not in the floor board so I went back. The owner said they checked the cámaras and said the mát were the only thing he took out.Thats fine. Keep the beanie and your conscience.... too bad; I was excited about time and what a good job they did but will definitely not be a repeat.

This is a true had car wash. If you are in a hurry this is not for you. If you want your car clean inside and out from very nice people this is your place. They can offer pick up and drop off on downtown Bham. I asked them to make sure the windows inside were super clean as I was driving to WI. They obliged. After 7 hours on the road the outside of my car and tires still look awesome!! Thank you all.

I loved how quickly I was handled and the care my truck received the cleaning of the carpets made my truck look brand new even with the covid 19 thing everyone had on masks and there was hand sanitizer and the seating chair places 6 ft a part thanks to the Rick and the men and women at the car wash Im loving it

The attention to detail was spectacular! I had dried putty from in my seat that I didn’t even mention because I just knew it wouldn’t come out. They removed that stain and my truck looked showroom ready! They even took me to work which was convenient because I didn’t have to wait. Awesome customer service and work!

I had the exterior of my car washed today. They were packed with cars and still got my car washed in a timely manner. They are friendly and take pride in their work. I will be back.

The best worker they have is Anthony. Anthony is loyal, reliable, hard working and patient. Attention to detail seems to be his main focus. Everytime I see the doors open I see him. I truly think they dont appreciate the eorkers but they have great ones. Maybe if they didnt have so many women being emotional and not understanding what these men do. Anthony Davis I would refer anytime!!! He is the best and least appreciated. My opinion 😉

Do not use this car wash if you care about the protection and quality care of your vehicle. They have no discipline and wash cars very recklessly, my car was waxed and they did not tape off the edges, resulting in discoloration of my trim and stained cloth convertible top. I brought my car back to have them clean the cloth, and they cleaned the whole care again putting a 17 inch scratch in the hood which went through the base coat of paint - this required the hood to be repainted.The man washing my car admitted that the scratch was not there before he started washing it, but after they found out it could not be buffed out and had to be repainted, they began telling lies that all damage existed already and management pressured their employee to say the same, even though he told me differently.It appears this car wash has NO INSURANCE since they had no information to disclose to me or my insurance company. This place is very unprofessional and should not be in operation, do not take your vehicle here because they will not take responsibility for its well being and they are incapable of washing a car without damaging it.Etheridge Car Wash has been reported to the Better Business Bureau for their unethical practices and still have not cooperated, they will be reported to the Federal Trade Commission next.

My car wash was a pretty good value for the money but it took almost 2 hours which would be fine if it was a full detail but I was just getting the standard wash. My car interior was really dirty and he did a decent job on cleaning the inside but there were a few very noticeable places that were missed. The waiting area is decent enough but the bathroom was really dirty. The staff was ok — not friendly and not rude — just ok.

After taking my car here to get a in/out cleaning, I haven’t taken it anywhere else. They are the best! I usually ask extra detail on my windows and they always get it right. Very nice detailers and staff. Best Detailer in B’ham.

Im a horrible car mom. I left my cute little Honda Civic Hybrid (which I do love dearly) under a sap pissing chinaberry tree for a solid 4-6 weeks (I carpool and commute by bike for 98% of my in-town jaunts). Seriously, yall -- it looked *disgusting*. And, true confession, it got to the point that I wouldnt drive it for safetys sake because the sap was so thick I couldnt see out the windows! Embarrassing. Shameful. My momma raised me better. Imagine my surprise when my sweet man picked me up in what looks to be a shiny, new version of my sap-stained car. Cue the angels chorus - there has been a miracle! I was flabbergasted. He pointed the finger squarely at Etheridge Brothers Car Wash. These folks turned my sap-stained car into its best self over the course of less than 90 minutes. My ride was hand washed on the exterior and extensively detailed on the interior.... All for a price that I can hardly believe : $25 (before tip). It has not felt this clean in years. Just based upon the results, I cant recommend this place enough. Ill definitely be coming here with much more frequency to spare myself, my beau and my wheels the embarrassment of riding dingy.
