Poorly staffed and very unprofessional when communicating in person. Barbers state they are appointment only but never answer the shop phone nor do they return messages. My son had his hair cut here only once. I do not recommend this businessTheir response is also unprofessional. I asked when someone would be available to cut; his response was “whatever.” So, I left and found a professional shop. The other reviews cosign their unprofessional behavior. I wonder how they stay open.

These people have the most TERRIBLE costumer service known to man. I booked an appointment for my brother on Friday. His appointment was supposed to be today at 5:30 today. He got there at 5:35, and the barber Leonard wasn’t there yet. Another barber told him he’d be there soon. My brother sat in there for an hour and 10 minutes. They are refusing to answer my phone calls (I’ve called like 6 times), and when I tried to speak to them from my brothers phone they refused. When I initially booked the appointment it took like 3 tries because they kept hanging up on me. Absolutely terrible. We’re Puerto Rican and have been trying to find a Hispanic person to cut my brother’s hair, but this definitely is NOT the spot.

I asked the barber to hit me with a low bald fade. I told him cut with the grain or how I brush my hair and cut it a little shorter than a one, but not a half. This would leave my fade dark up top and the cut would look sharp. This guy hits me with a half all around does not even fade me up just bald my sides. I was also charged $30 which is excessive for just a fade no beard trim. I don’t recommend this trap! I feel like there robbing people. I will stick to regular African American barber shops they don’t rob you and cut as patron wants it. The guy was knocked out sleeping when I walked in.

Well I wanted to get my son haircut and On the phone he said he could but when I got there he refused which is ok but instead of me taking a trip there you should’ve been honest you heard exactly what I said and said ok poor communication skills

I asked for a lowtapper and he gave me a number one fade he almost cut my ear off it was bleeding because he kept watching tv while cutting my hair. Keep him away from clippers please.

My hair was so good before I told him take a little off the top this stupid barber almost shaved my head keep that barber as far away as possible from some clippers

$40 for a horrible haircut I asked him for a shadow fade and he completely ruined my hairline, it was ridiculous! My hairline was pushed back significantly you all should be shut down horrible barbers and didnt even speak English but charges 40 this is ridiculous wish Id never came here please dont go to this horrible barbershop especially if your accustom to having a certain type of haircut

I didnt get the barbers name because he didnt speak English and I deeply regret coming here this was my 1st and LAST TIME every going to a different ethnicities barbershop this guy completely ruined my hair cut way to high on the temp fade I even pointed out the image of styles I wanted that was on the wall, this man literally cut my hair too low completely too far on my hairline I had a wedding to go to and this guy destroyed my hair you all are horrible and the guy that does speak English kept looking at me in the chair while he was cutting because he knew it looked horrible thanks for ruining my hairline and my weekend you all dont deserve any stars! I wish I wouldve checked the reviews before coming to this insufficient barbershop

They cut my hair way shorter than I asked. The barber didn’t speak good English and when I asked for an inch off he instead cut it to an inch length.

It took me almost a year to find the right barbershop. This please is great. Reminds me of getting my hair cut at home. Friendly barbers. I forgot the name of the guy that cut my hair but he did a great a job. Definitely a great place to get your haircut especially on a Sunday. My only complaint is, I wish they would accept cards. I barely carry cash on me.

Oscar is a terrible barber after showing him the picture of how I wanted my haircut he completely did the opposite almost left me bald terrible experience.

Oscar cuts my husbands hair and our 1 year old, which is challenging and time consuming. I think we talk about how good of a Hair cut they both got for hours afterwards. Dude knows what he is doing when it comes to hair.

Only if I can give them 0 I came in from out of town because I was attending a weeding and told the guy how I wanted the hair cut when I tell you he messed my hair up so bad and patched my head I was so mad I told the other barbers I will pay no problme but can you fix it they said its not our problme so they give me the manager phone number and I call him he lies and said he is out of town and just told me you dont have to pay I was like what you mean I have to be at a weeding in 40 mins so dont go there trust me noth worth it

No Dominican barbers if there is one or two they were too busy cutting little kids hair. False advertisement. From my experience the barber who had the time to cut my hair did not know what a low fade was pathetic. So I had to personally instruct him on the procedures of a low fade and at the end of the haircut he still cut my hair the way he thought. He thought I would pay him $30 for a f up he thought wrong. I understand hair grows back but when youre making $30 an hour you best know what youre doing youre making more than me working in the hot sun. They say straight men have no empathy, well I guess I continue to prove them wrong when I gave him 20 bucks and a tip tho I should not have.

I looked at the pictures thought it was gonna go good. I walked in and patiently waited they sent me to a guy whos been cutting hair since 87 he said. Well lets just say he messed my hair up and the owner and other barbers watched it all and didnt even care. The hair will grow back, but the experience was horrible! Dont recommend the place if you dont know anyone inside keep moving bro!

Im new to the area and have been looking for a regular barber. The owner actually cut my hair and it was on point. Tight fade and sharp lines. Will definitely be going back.

I just don’t understand why barbershop owners continue to allow inexperienced barbers ... charge for premium haircuts. When a client asks to get their hair cut by the senior /master barber it should be an indication that the client is particular with their hair?!?! A piece of advice to the owner..... teach your people how to fade, cut hair and be honest with their skill set before booking the client on the phone and making them drive 50 mins to your barbershop! I won’t mention who cut my hair.... but it wasn’t the owner or his brother. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! Just so everyone knows.... I did pay for the hair cut and was still polite to the gentlemen after expressing several times what I wanted done to my hair and discontent of his skill set. You have lost me as a weekly client and I will not refer any of my staff to your barbershop.

These guys are great they greet you when you first walk in you may have to have an appointment but sometimes they do take walk-ins if someone is available the guys there are great at cutting they can do any style from Fade to brush majority of their customers are Hispanic but they are open to any one I enjoy every cut that I got from there Ive been cut by multiple people from there and its all a great experience

Had the worst experience ever!. After waiting for 30 minutes this barber decides it was time to go smoke and chat outside with his wife not forgetting his two kids who were watching cartoon inside the shop and at one time he had to attend to the small boy while in the middle of cutting a clients hair!. I patiently waited for another 10min or more but he was in no hurry to return as I could see him comfortably sitted chatting and puffing his cigarette through the glass window!.Zero if not negative customer service! Yes I did walk off!! and neither him nor the other barber inside the shop said a word as I left.Please take your business somewhere else where its professional! and where you get value for your money!. This is certainly not the shop!!.

Poor customer service. I went there for haircut, waited there for 30 mins but nobody say anything, all barbers were taking customers..i didn’t know how long do i need to wait, so i have to walk off..at least there should be some one to speak so that we know how much do i need to wait..

I had an unprofessional experience there wont go back they told me they were closed 45 minutes early than advertised the barber was sub par at best and he charged me 5 dollars more than the posted fee not a good experience at all

I asked for a fade but what I got was no fade and he was on the phone and with his little kid next to him he cut me 3 times while using the razor nife and didnt even apologize for that not sure if he has a barber license if he does he needs it revoked

Never bringing my son back to this place again. Michael Turner is who cut his hair and did a horrible job and charged $25! My son is UNDER 6years old.
