They helped me get great car insurance and have helped with making sure I have the best rates. I also had Renters insurance through them at one point I will Stay with them. I will also keep them in the family with my now adult children.

Theyve always worked to get me the best rates, and have even suggesting choices among types of vehicles that would be economical to insure. As the years progressed, they company grew, and they, too, progressed with digital accessibility, enabling me to communicate via Internet and text messaging, so that I didnt have to visit the office. I recently contacted them after buying a new car and found that Guide remains the pleasant, helpful, customer-focused company they have always been.

Horrible ,company keep paying when Im told Im pay up for the month. They trying to put it on me , but they are to blame. They have to call corporate office first, to get the story. I never had such a bad experience, with a company before. Disappointed
