I write this post with hesitation. I was having an issue and decided to try a massage to get some relief. I decided to try Life Touch. I had great results from my first and second visit. I knew that I would continue on a monthly basis. I scheduled my third appointment. On the day of my third appointment, I had an emergency at work and could not make the appointment. Let me state that I understand a business has to cover themselves and have guidelines about cancellations. I am not one to haphazardly cancel appointments. I called to state that I had an emergency at work and asked if I could reschedule my appointment. I prepaid and was told that I would forfeit the entire amount even if I re-scheduled. I was not expecting a refund and could have understood a percentage being deducted for cancellation but the entire amount, even if I would re-schedule and continue to come monthly. Not sure if there was a loss to the company because I held up an appointment slot, but I dont think so because each one of my previous appointments, I was the only client there. I really wish the owner would re-consider this policy.

The massage was absolutely amazing! The only issue I had was the music. I couldn’t “relax” because the music that was playing wasn’t zen/relaxation music. It was R&B/HipHop music. I’d recommend the place to someone if they’re simply focused on getting the knots/kinks out. However, I wouldn’t recommend it to someone whose focus is on relaxation (unless they change their music).

The environment was calming and I felt safe and at peace. All of the massage therapists were nice and professional. Brittany gave my massage and she was amazing! Years of tension and stress finally released. Will definitely be back!

My visit was for my first ever lymphatic drainage massage. I recently had tummy tuck/lipo procedure. Philip explained the technique and I was pleased with how I felt afterwards. Definitely would recommend and will be returning.

Lemar is handsdown a great massage therapist. I love massages but rarely get them because they alwsys felt like a luxury. However, my lower back pain was immediately relieved after this session. I will be back. Extra bonus that they are always on time and professional when I book an appointment.

First off, Phillip was great and gave me the best massage Id ever had. I asked for a 90 minute deep tissue massage and I got exactly that. The pressure was perfect and didnt soften up at the end. The prices were fair, especially considering how awesome the massage was. I definitely plan on returning the next time Im in Huntsville or Birmingham.

Always great service! From the point of entry, Im always greeted with a pleasant smile and asked about any needs I may have, and I love that. Lemar is an excellent therapist who obviously takes his craft seriously. Ive had massage services from other providers, including big name spas, and I will choose and refer Life Touch over any other.

I went for the stretch release factor. It far exceeded my expectations. Ive researched assisted stretching and knew it is something that I need. I only had 1 other experience with this type of service from a national chain. This was BY FAR the best experience. I feel the therapist was knowledgeable. I did not feel as though he was following a scripted total body routine he barely understood as I did at the other location. Instead, I was asked about areas of interest and that was the focus of the visit. I plan to make this part of my monthly self care regimen. Im sure everyone is great at this location, but be sure to ask for Philip.

This place is awesome. We did a girls night here and they were very professional. I was greeted by a more than friendly receptionist then escorted to a quiet room and offered a beverage. When it was time for my service, Ms. Paisley sat me down to a nice little foot soak and then the party started. My 90 minute deep tissue massage hurt so good. Shes small but she packs on some serious pressure. At the end I was released back to the receptionist that was very much present and letting me know what package deals they offer and welcoming me back. It was after 6! I have found that some receptionist half do their job and by 4:30 they packing up and rushing you out (i.e. doctors office, salons). However, to be very present after 6 pm with a smile was so not expected. We usually do spa day at Ross Bridge but we decided to give this place a try and stay at a hotel downtown. We did not regret it. The spa treatment took it over the top.
