I recently moved here and I love it!! The apartments are great & the neighbors are friendly. The people at the rent office are very responsive & professional. Stainless steel appliances are very nice inside of apartment. The Valet Trash is my favorite amenity. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my family recently just moved here and so far it been good the lady and the front her name was Chris was very nice and answer all my questions she even called me just to check on how everything going, the place is nice and clean the neighbors is friendly I give them a 5 star.... I recently just moved to Alabama and this is the nicely place I been in since I moved here.

Im been month to month for year a lot has prevented me from leaving because of life situation since pandemic family member pasting and so on. But last night I came home with a hallway full of water and this morning it still leaking maintenance wast able to resolve the problem so my hallway to may 2 bedroom and bathroom has a least 4 in of water and still coming down no way to get in touch with management second dealing with since I arrive back home yesterday evening this us not the first time water has leak in my apartment clothes shoes and furniture is being damaged from sitting in this water

Why put an all in one washer & dryer in the 1bed1bath and it doesn’t have a lint catcher.

Walls are extremely thin neighbors are loud the office Staff is nice but does nothing with handling noise complaints . Would not recommend noise is terrible.

I would not suggest anyone to live here. If you have another option. Take it.

After living here at Alloa for almost 4 years I would absolutely recommend living here. The staff are always professional, friendly and on the ball. Maintenance request are taken care of within 24-48 hours almost every time weve needed something fixed or looked at. Theyre very good about following up on issues and letting you know the status of whats going on. The office staff are always empathetic to your situation and generally will immediately act on your issue. All maintenance staff are polite, professional and honest. The complex is full of greenery and always kept up by either the maintenance staff or the landscaping crew. Weve also been very lucky with having respectful and polite neighbors.

So shouts out to the New Management Team at The Park at Allow Apartments. OMG, its so refreshing to see the work actually getting done, and finally someone answers the phone just about every time I had to call. This really excited me as I am looking forward to being a resident here for some time. Maybe we will actually get to use the pool this coming summer. When I first moved here, I seen a rat within 48 hours. It was a hole behind the toilet and that’s where the rat came from. Behind those walls are a bunch of rats. & the people in rent office suck especially the one that drives the challenger. She’s a rude retard simple as that. They put a late fee on my door because they claimed your rent is free for your birthday month (that’s their so called move in special) LIES LIES LIES

The staff is great. Alloa has a quite and laid back atmosphere. Maintenance is on point and responds in a timely manner.

Their crooks! Mangament is a joke! I filled out an application;was approved. Gave 200.00 for admin so I was told. But b/c they gave false info on the website about what school is in their district Ive decided not to move in. Havent signed anything yet the property manager told me its nonrefundable which is listed nowhere on the site neither was I told this. But the property manager said its the law! Which is false info. Asked for corporate number was given wrong number Team doesnt communicate with each other. I know all this from filling out an application smh

The new staff is HORRIBLE on notifying the tenants on “ important “ things ! They will send letters & even txt messages but will almost NEVER answer the main phones ! There is a different person in the office every month that acts as if they are new & confused ! & we pay for trash BUT it BARELY gets picked up ! I love my apartment but the staff from when I moved in to now is a dramatic CHANGE !

Alloa have an exceptionally atmosphere and the decorations are nicely picked, and the maintenance is on point too.

The Park at Alloa is a nice community. The staff is professional and helpful.

I lived here in the past. Rented a two bedroom. When lease was up, signed another one for a three bedroom. After a few years away im signing another lease there again. It might not be the shangrila, but the grounds are kept well, i always remeber seeing maint dudes fliting around and the staff have always been helpful.

Just want to share with you the great service that is always given when maintenance is called. This is the type of property I like to live in. Thanks The Park at Alloa

Management in the rent office sucks .. need more people WHO are willing tó do their jobs! They lock the rent office doors when they arent supposed tó. The only good thing is maintnence the people in the rent office are slow. Please stop hiring retards

I have lived in this apartments since Jan and it has been nothing but horrible. I live in the bottom apartment and all I can say is the people above me dont EVER sleep or sit down. You hear EVERYTHING from them going to the bathroom, the tv down to them sweeping the floor. The day we moved in we put in a maintance request. Sadly, we are still waiting for things to be fix. They recently changed owners and yet we are still waiting to see changes. They opened the pool but the hours do not stay open according to what they say. Please do not waste your money, time or experience living here. Nothing but horrible memories to come by.

Anyone who thinks changing the name and color of the buildings makes it ok to raise the rent 200$ is utterly retarded my apartment in building 6200 is infested with mice I moved from the 800 building cause the building has a crack in the foundation and my whole apartment flooded with ground water which they never fixed and kept telling me they were gonna move me and my two kids out of the apartment now covered in two inches of water idk how they expected me to live here I fell like they dont care and they do nothing but im still supposed to pay an obsurdly high rent when there is never anyone in the office and when they are they are incompetent I wouldnt want anyone to live here please look somewhere else
