Excellent experience throughout every step of the process. Great communication from sales and office support staff. Installer was professional, kept me posted on his schedule, and workmanship was impeccable. All of my tenants are extremely satisfied with this upgrade. Pinocchio looking guy spamming TV commercials. He says a house full of windows for x amount and any size!. In the fine print, it says 8 windows max and 4x6 max size haha. Would never buy any windows from this company and will likely report to the attorney general.

I had 20 windows installed. I found Window Town to be very professional. The whole process was a pleasure and the office, salesperson and installer were professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will use them for future projects. The only downside was it took a long time for the windows to come in but I know that the covid situation played a huge factor in that. Thank you Window Town.

Just had a house full of windows installed and Im very happy with the results. Pricing was extremely reasonable compared to the quotes that Pella and Anderson were offering. I was also pleasantly surprised by their lifetime warranty, which I dont think any of the other window companies offer.

Window Town is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I had to call repeatedly to get estimates. The ad said financing whole house for$45. Not true. Its $100. The financing company gives 4 months to bill. The down-payment was put through when ordered. I was told the windows would be installed in 2 months, which would have been Nov. I was never notified of any delays until I was finally able to get ahold of them after leaving several messages with no return calls. I kept getting told the windows would be herenext week. At the end of Dec they finally scheduled the installment. Again after I contacted them. They scheduled for Jan 7 th and 8 th. I called on the 6 th to determine the time they were coming and was told they changed the date. Again no one called me. I changed the arrangements for someone to be at my house and then they changed back to the original days. The windows were installed. The installer did a great job. That was on Jan 7 th and 8 th. It is now the end of March and I get a call from them. This time to threaten me with collections. The balance was not billed to the finance company until recently and it was denied because the period for billing had passed. I was told to call the finance company for an extension or I would get turned over to collections. I spoke with the finance company and was advised that if I had notified them in Jan they could have extended it. Iwould have done that if i had known of any delays in billing. I then had to fill out a new application which of course includes a credit check which will lower my credit score. Plus had another $39 activation fee. They did remove the$39 off of my bill because this was all their fault. To threaten someone with collections because you didnt bill correctly is totally unprofessional. The windows are nice. The service is horrible.

I had signed a contract back at the end of July and had my window measured . I had paid $600. They never,ever respond to when my window would be installed.I had asked for a refund and I still have not received it. I will be contacting the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau regarding this.Also you never get to speak to the owner of this business.

Just had windows replaced last week. Pricing was reasonable, communication was great. Everyone we spoke with was polite and friendly. Some hardware that was originally ordered was not needed. I spoke with Tom who informed me a refund would be mailed. Our windows are great. High recommend!
