Jimmy Z provides a great guided fishing trip. Hes a regular down to earth guy with a wealth of knowledge on the river. Jimmy explains how and why you are doing things a certain way to create a learning experience as well, youll leave with new knowledge. He takes pride in his work and is professional, at the same time he will toss in some jokes that will get a good laugh. His equipment is high quality and in the winter the heater on the boat is a nice touch.

Phenomenal service. I called almost every salmon fishing guide I could find around Pulaski New York. Jimmy was by far the most helpful and polite person I talked to all day. Many of the places I called were extremely rude and seemed like they didn’t want to waste their time talking to you. But Jimmy took the time to explain the drought situation and why it is difficult to take boats out at the moment, explained truthfully the conditions of wading and bank fishing and provided information about salmon river fishing, as this is my first time. I will never spend my money for another fishing guide. Uflyfish is the best.

Ive been out with Jimmy two years in a row on the Salmon River in Altmar, New York, and will be back in the years to come. Jimmy makes sure you have a rod in your hand and that youre having a good time. Hes got good equipment (with a heater on his drift boat) and runs a first class operation.
