I do like this place especially now that theyve added staff to the front of the wash. Staff is always professional n they are alot cheaper then others. You want to make sure the brushes have just been cleaned. Otherwise you may get scratches in the paint.

Had a great experience and plus friendly stuff.besides on they vacuum bays is offered glass,interior cleaner and fresh towel to wipe.

Three nice hard-working young men scrubbed up my car as it was entering the wash. Cleaned up everything the car wash I went to the day before didnt get. I could have saved some money by going to these guys first!

This place is one of a kind we offer spray bottles at the vacuums for interior and windows and also we supply towels out there theres no car wash around that would offer that type of service for you to use not even Hoffmans or CKs or anybody that Im aware of plus we were told we also do a really good job in washing cars we mop the front the windshield the back of the car with a soft brush and we also do the underneath the wheel wells there is no other car wash around that also does this tipe ofwork

They need to do a better job on the windshield before they go into the wash

I had a membership to Hoffmans, but Classy Chassis is FAR better, hands down! Worth every penny!

My favorite car wash in all the land! On occasion, like the last time I was there, there are two few microfiber cloths to clean the car interior with.

Cost of a car wash is ridiculous however the fact that you can come back and vacuum the car at anytime for free makes up for it. If they ever get rid of the free vacuums Ill never go back again.

Pre-rinse is better than competition. Drying can be Improved. Car still had water after drying. Vaccume pressure is a bit low than competition.Cant beat the price with free vaccum, free cleaning towels and supploes, and free air for tyres.Would visit again.

I cant speak for the premium washes. I just wanted a quick wash to get the salt off my car, so I simply got the 10 dollar plan and it was exactly as expected. Not a super amazing wash. But thats expected. It was quick though, and they have free vacuums which are pretty decent as well.

Okay so this was probably the best car wash experience I have ever! I pull in and there is FREE vacuums and FREE cleaning supplies to clean the interior of your vehicle. I pull around to the car wash... it’s decently priced I paid 15 bucks for all that colorful soup and crazy touch automatic car wash stuff. The friendly workers even gave us 2 bottles of water to enjoy the colorful show. We had a great time the car smells great. Will return if we ever come back to bing.

Due to the brand new Vestal location not being on google maps, this is getting posted to the Binghamton location nearest the Vestal location. First experience with any Classy Chassy car wash. Wash was great! Not a single speck of dirt on my truck. Later that day noticed I was double charged for the $18.00 wash, paying a total of $36.00. Swung back buy and showed them my electronic bank statement and they immediately made satisfactory amends to being double charged. I will be a frequent Classy Chassy Customer from here on out!

This is the best wash in the Triple Cities. My car gets clean without getting beat up. The cost is comparable with the others. I joined the club and am pleased with it. I like getting the free bottle of water, and the free vacuum. You are leading the way in car washes.

Im there once a week to vacuum and can now wash the interior with their spray bottles and cloths located at each vacuum. I do use the carwash once every few weeks to debug and degrime!!thanks CCC!

Always a solid choice, and if you wash often the monthly plan is a value. The vacuums are free (you can go around the building and not through the car wash). 4-stars would be because they lack a floor mat cleaner, like many car washes have down south and the drying could be better (nothing a microfiber cloth doesnt solve, and they offer those, too).

New, gentle equipment. Other car wash in town ripped a part off of my car. Workers told me over a million dollars in equipment investment here.

They dont take the time to scrub your car like they are supposed to. 🙄 Glad they put in the new one on upper front. They are way better

Good place to get youre car cleaned but if you use your card you might want to check your transactions for the next couple months. I purchased a month of car washes as a gift for someone and made sure to tell them when I purchased it not to keep it on file, that I did not Not want to sign up for anything, that it was a gift, a one time purchase. Now 5 months later and there has been a charge for the monthly package amount every single month and still not resolved.

Never a bad experience. It costs a few dollars more than the laser washes, but I drive out with a clean vehicle. The new owners continue to invest in improvements. The new FREE vacuum stations are a nice asset too.

The employee scolded me because I took the car wash sticker off of my windshield.They charged $18 for their premium car wash because its BUY ONE GET ONE.He REFUSED to allow me to get the free wash because I removed the sticker from my windshield.I showed him the actual receipt, didnt matter.He accused me of taking someone elses receipt and using it!!!This could be avoided if they...SIMPLY TOOK PEOPLES LICENSE PLATES!!!Which would have proved that I didnt do this.They made me BACK UP AND LEAVE!!!!All while repeatedly saying We wont wash a car if you take off the sticker!He kept repeating it like a cop who had just caught someone trying to pull a fast one.I do plan on contacting management about this, the treatment was ridiculous!!!

Ever since they revamped the place I have loved it! Today I decided to go in and purchase an unlimited plan, upon arrival I was talked down too. I am a young female who was a paying customer. I asked to sign up and Dean I believe his name was told me you cant do that right now and was confused and questioned why? If you look we are a little too busy for this right now buy a basic wash and come back another time to do this. um excuse me? You are too busy to provide a service you offer? And no I will not be back to do this another time. Taking my business elsewhere.

Walter is his name. Hes the guy that was collecting payment on Friday, January 19, 2018 around 1pm. Walter is VERY RUDE! Arguing with the woman in front of me. I heard him say If you dont like it then get out of my line! When he approached my window he didnt greet me or utter a word. I paid for a more expensive wash and when I was waiting in line I changed my mind. He said I couldnt change my mind and that it was already entered in the system. I will never return. This isnt the way you treat paying customers.

They take your money inside the wash when water is flying all over and you get wet. Took a long time even though there was no line. My car windshield didnt get clean.

Lots of cars in line the day I went, but not a long wait time. Good wash, but was still somewhat wet after the blow-dry. Usually, my car is really dry after going through, but not this time.

There is low water pressure as well as empty tire cleaner.

Better than most automatic car washes in the area. Attendant was friendly. A little pricier than most but to get your car clean its worth it.

The actual car wash is good. However, the employees are rude. I had one employee waving me forward at my car side and another in the tunnel yelling at me to stop. Once stopped the employee at my window knocked and scolded me for stopping. Overall unpleasant experience, but my car is clean.

I wanted to change my rating from 3 to 4 stars. I had rated on a day nothing was meshing up, i had pulled out and i still had a strip of filth across my back windsheild (which is uncommon). The staff is generally friendly and the location is convenient for easy entry and exit into and out of carwash. They do also go out of their way to keep customers happy, which is much appriciated and not expected. I live in off a country road so my vechicle is probably way dirtier than most that go through this time of year with sand and grime and I am happy to use their affordable service.

While this isna drive through, the workers thoroughly scrub down yoir vehicle before you drive through. Little pricey compared to others in the area but it does leave the car shiny and clean!
