Lou and Rick were great to work with. Very knowledgeable. They replaced the springs and ball joints on our 1997 Damon Daybreak 2960 RV. If you are in the Binghamton Née York area and want to get your suspension repaired these are the guys to talk to.

On June 21st I called for a price was quoted $75, showed up to pick up the spring, was told it was $90. I informed the man behind the desk I was quoted $75, he said the price is $90 and got an attitude. If I wasnt in dire need of it I would have told him to keep it. So beware of quotes from them.

Came back to town and wanted to pass through. Ended up snapping a bolt when trying to tighten, snapped. 5:20 PM on a Friday. Called them up and he waited for me and got us back on the road. Did the job correct as there was some aftermarket junk on it from the previous owner. He also noted to me a bulge in my tire and some dry rot. Saved me a huge headache down the road. He gave me a fair price and even looked up and recommended tire places and hours on Saturday for my repair.Top notch, reasonable pricing and true customer service.Go check them out!

On a recent trip to Florida, we stopped for a fill up of gasoline and during the fill up, I noticed that the rear wheel on the left side of the fifth wheel was tilted in at the top compared to the front wheel on the same side. I had never noticed this before and became alarmed thinking there was a wheel bearing problem. Before going back on the interstate, I needed to be sure all was safe and in order. I located Tri City Spring on Google and backed the fifth wheel into a designated spot. Two people came out with a floor jack and lifted the left side of the fifth wheel rear axle so the bearing and lug nuts could be checked. Everything was normal and the manager taking a long look under at the spring shackles confirmed the shackle rubbers were starting to show wear, nothing to be alarmed about but enough to create the condition I saw. Having confirmed there was nothing o worry about, the People insisted on not charging me anything but the peace of mind was priceless. I would highly recommend any travelers, truckers, or even locals to support the efforts and the professionalism that I know this Company is capable of. Once again, thank you, Rick and Lou for the professional service with a personal touch.Hugh Linton

What a great business! We limped into the shop today, without an appointment. Our horse trailer tailgate spring had shattered and we needed it replaced immediately. That is exactly what they did! The work was very quick and the bill incredibly reasonable. Thank you so much!

I took my 2006 Tacoma to them when the add-a-leaf lift kit I had broke. They rebuilt the factory springs with 1 additional leaf, arched them to give back the 3 lift, and added a little bit extra because I told them I wanted to replace the chrome bumper with a plate steel one in the future. With that extra I wont have to redo the suspension to make up for the added weight. I had forgotten I had 200 lbs of wood pellets in the bed at the time, so it sits a bit higher than planned. I love it though as I can load 400-800 lbs of pellets, and the nose isnt pointed in the air! Wish I had these when I was towing cars for a friend. The truck rides better than it ever did before with these rebuilt springs! Even with shocks that should have been replaced long ago. Will definitely be coming back for other work!
