The woman who owns this business has always been the person Ive dealt with. She knows bicycles very well and helped me pick out the right one for me. I thought my cycling days were over but she steered me into getting the correct size of bike and I no longer have problems with knee or hip pain! Just brought my bike in recently for a long overdue tune-up and was pleased to find she got it back in perfect shape for riding! Considering the list of things done, the cost of repairs was quite reasonable, too. Theres several bike shops in the general area, most of them much closer to me but I will keep coming to Aeros for anything bike-related.

She has everything from antique to new high tech.

I offered to pay to have someone look at my mail order e-bike. The lady at the desk couldnt think of anywhere in the greater Binghamton area that might take a look at it. If youre wondering where to go, Babcock Bicycles immediately agreed to take a look at it over the phone.

Giant Mountain Bikes are the best money can buy. Aeros Cyclery is a dealership of Giant. Fantastic customer service from Joan. Top notch bike shop. Highly recommend this place. I just bought my fourth bike from them. I wish I would have stopped in four bikes ago.

I brought my bicycle in because the gears and brakes were no longer working after a long and hard winter of riding it mixed with sand after living on an island for a year. The lady was able to restore my bike to its former glory at a reasonable price and within a few days. She noted that I needed a new back tire but didn’t push it like many stores would have. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and will definitely go back for all my bike needs.

They saved my life recently, one cold day. Far from home, I ran over a nail, my pump then proceeded to eat the presta stem of my only spare.Fortunately they were there to greet my, like an oasis meeting a wander of the desert. They had everything I needed at a reasonable rate. In addition they have a ton of bikes and accessories for sale. If youre into vintage steel, they have some cool stuff hanging around.

Came here when my bike tire tube went flat.The old woman informed me that she couldnt change a flat on the spot.The store was empty on a Saturday, and I guess I can see why.Thanks for nothing. Went straight to Chenango Point cycles. A professional and friendly store.They changed it on the spot! :)
