Was in need of a new tire, Danielle helped me not only pick the tire needed, but did not try to take advantage and make extra money by convincing me to replace all three remaining tires. She suggested to just replace the the front left along with the right and replace the remaining tires in November for inspection. Furthermore she did not charge me extra when the the agreed upon tires ordered was not the ones received...she gave me the tires at the agreed price and is willing to only charge me an extra 40 dollars during my next service for the rear tires. Excellent and true to word customer service. Will definitely return for my maintenance upon movie to Binghamton within the next couple of weeks.

The service here is great! We had a couple issues with recalls and they went above and beyond to figure out what we could do....I strongly recommend giving Automan a visit. They’re great at keeping you updated on every step of the way. We also had an oil change and new tires, great deal!!!!Thanks!

I have had an amazing experience at Automan, Danielle in the front is so kind, helpful and very understanding! I’ve had my brakes done by them and then a new bumper placed. Both times I was pleased.
