The total package was fine. Customer service was not great. I dont know body work but it looked good to me..

Stantons Collision is by far the best body shop in Upstate NY. Everyone was extremely professional from the beginning to the very end. The body repair work they performed made my 10 yr old car look new again. Outstanding paint work too.

My fiance got her car fixed at this location and customer service was amazing. They kept her updated every step of the way. Car turned out perfectly. No complaints. Highly recommended

The gentleman over at Stantons very helpful and did a spectacular job on my front end I couldnt have asked for better even my license plate that was smashed all up they flattened to make it look almost like new the trend the lines the paint was beautiful the headlights are all brand new it almost looks like a brand new vehicle. So, today I was driving in a parking lot that had night lights on black poles. I drive an extended cab truck with an 8 box, 2500. Unfortunately, the poles that are connected on the lights are also connected to a large piece of concrete block. Since my truck is so high off the ground I did not see the concrete blocks and skimmed the side of my truck, which tore off a piece of my front bumper. Since I was right down the street from CARSTAR, and I had used them before when I hit a deer, I took the truck and the pieces over. They immediately saw I was having a bad day, and assisted me with my problem. The professional employee came out to look at the damage and we had a heart-to-heart about how this happens all the time. After we had talked about my options, he said he would fix my problem now with a few clips and if I wanted my bumper replaced to just call and let them know. He did such a wonderful job fixing the bumper one would never be able to tell it was damaged except for the missing fog light. So I came into CARSTAR with a sad face and distressed, and left happy and content knowing that not only my car was in good hands; but I was as well. Thank you CARSTAR.

I was very reluctant going here because Ive never been in a accident I never had to do this I had no timeto research anything I just had a good feeling and it was close to home they did a awesome job I couldnt believe it, I also got to see the true color of my car which is actually really ugly but they got it spot on, overall very satisfied thank u carstar!

I couldn’t be more upset about my car accident than I was, but stantons collision carstar made what felt like a horrible time for me, actually tolerable. They were FABULOUS about keeping me updated every step of the way while my vehicle was being worked on, as well as had it done quicker than the target date. They also dealt with my daily phone calls and never once made me feel like a burden. I would recommend them over and over again.

I found the employees at statons to be very professional and very kind to talk with after my accident. They gave me an estimate on the price and amount of time it would take to fix my car. They did an amazing job making my car look new again, and I got my car back 2 days earlier than what the estimated time was. I found Stantons car star to be very professional and thorough. I was given an immediate estimate and a date to start the work. The job was completed one day after the original estimate. I was extremely pleased with the work done and my vehicle was cleaned inside and out! Highly recommend this business.

Corey was very helpful to work with! I came to this shop looking for an estimate for some minor damage to my grill, front bumper and hood. I assumed it wasnt covered by insurance. Corey offered advice about my situation and suggested I submit a claim. I had recieved an estimate before and that persom didnt mention this. I did that and it saved me from paying $2000 out for my own inexperience. Dropped off my car on a Monday and was able to pick up Thursday. Did a great job repairing the damage. Would use this shop again if needed!

Please to anyone who cares about their car DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. The manager is a con man and a complete liar. From 10 feet away I could see gaps, the paint job was a joke. Not to mention I told them the wheels were all just replaced and they put on a used tire. After refusing the car, they were not happy and took their time. 3 months LATER I regret ever bringing my car here. Please dont make the same mistake i did.

Great communication and work.I was sent there after I was rear ended and I was leery given some of the reviews but the work and communication was spot on. They found some things that would require my truck to be there longer then I thought it would be and was notified early in the day and they even took care of a rental for the night. All in all a great experience.

I brought my car in 1-29-19 for a dented door. They said they would have it for 3 days. Car was running fine.7 days later 2-5-19 finally got my car back. Now when I drive it my car makes loud humming sound when Im driving it which it never did before. The A and B trip odometers were pushed back to zero. Why would someone do that if they werent driving it. If you have to right down the mile. If I could I give o star.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

They did nice work and quickly

Had the fortune in misfortune of having to make emergency repairs on our return back to Canada at this shop on Monday 8th August 2016. Needed a radiator replacement for a 2002 Honda Odyssey. The guys Tim and Matt who worked on the car were very courteous, professional and showed immense pride in their work. Thanks also to Tara who accommodated us at such short notice.

Terrible experience, told 4 days for repairs took 9, no communication. I would rate 0 stars or minus if possible, avoid this place at all costs.
