Amazing experience with VIP Taxi. I needed someone to pick up 7 kids from summer camp at 10AM and return them later that afternoon at 4PM. He was on time and extremely courteous and had a minivan which was perfect!!!! He called to say that he had the kids safe in the car and was on the way. For the return trip he again was there on time and called me after he had dropped the kids safely back at camp. I highly recommend VIP taxi for a clean, no hassle and affordable drive! Had a appointment at my primary office (doctor). Waited a half hour for the cab. I called VIP and they apologized stating it would be another 15 minutes. I called my doctor and moved my appointment out a hour. Cab still never showed after a hour and 10 minutes. Another apology. The cabby should have given a honest time of how much longer to dispatch. I canceled my appointment as I would still be late for the pushed appointment and knew by then that I would not get a hones time of arrival from this company.

He arrived quickly. The van was clean. Sam(driver) is a nice guy! Thanks!!!

V.i.p taxi is always on time and they have fair prices.

No answer I called 2 times and waited about 10 to 15 minutes between calls on a Monday 115 to 130 and no voice mail set up.

Taxi arrived late and there was no communication between the office and the drivers because instead of taking me to the hospital they took me to the bus station making me late for my important appointment. At least the car was clean.
