The owners of Nautitoons are such nice people there to try and make sure you have a wonderful experience. They start with a walkthrough of the boat and let you know everything you need to know before you depart. They are also a phone call away in case anything happens.

We had so much fun out on the boat. They were very friendly and accommodating. At the end of the day we didn’t remember where to pull up and they came running after us to help us out. Overall a very fun experience and we will be back!

The only reason this company is getting two stars is because we had a good time doing our thing today. Thought this would be a 5 star experience to be honest. They were very sure to tell us that if there was any kind of “damage” then we would be charged the security deposit. The floor of the boat was already falling apart. They went into detail about this and that about the prop before we left. We went exactly where they told us, never hit anything, never had any issues or came close to any structure or land with the rear of the boat. As we we’re leaving we were flagged down and told that we damaged the prop and were being charged for it.On top of that, you pay $450 to rent the boat for the day and then have to pay for gas afterwards. Very scammy. We will NEVER use them again

READ THIS this is a family operated business they are both are amazing people very knowledgeable about the area we had some bad weather rolling in that pushed us back in taking off and they were very open and honest about it not just about safety what about comfort and how much fun we are going to have as well they offered to reschedule to another day in the chance that we might get some better weather we did end up pushing off and had a great day the boat was clean and everything went perfectly would definitely recommend them and if we are in this area again we definitely will be back. oh they are so cool they will even charge you double for bad weather or if you look at them funny js 😅 jk by the way great people great place.

Outstanding! The boats were clean and ready to go. Kevin and his wife( sorry forgot her name) were friendly and very helpful. They explained in detail the local area and gave us hints on where to go. This is a well run small business. They really take care of the the boats and pride in the business. Highly recommended.

This is a husband/wife business that cares about the customer and gives personal service. They promptly return phone calls and give more than expected! They made special accommodations for our 2 small dogs providing loading carts on wheels for their crates. Personable and competent.

We had a wonderful experience with Nauti-toons. The waves in the Biloxi Bay were 3 feet high and we were given the option of taking the boat out, rescheduling or getting a full refund. Kevin was wonderful explaining to our group.

Went out this afternoon for a half day ride. We were met by the owners and they were nothing but kind. We had bad weather approaching us after we went out and the owners kept calling us to make sure we were ok. Unfortunately the rain was too much for the kids and us so we went in early. The boat was very clean and in good shape. And the owners gave us tips on where to go.We are definitely going back to them and will send Friend’s and family their way. We rented a boat with a slide for the day. The price was wonderful, and the staff was so kind and helpful. They told us where to find the best swimming spots for the kids. We called them when we were on our way back and they were waiting at the dock for us to help unload. Will rent from them again.

We planned a trip here for months and spent a lot of money, getting rooms, fishing gear, supply and they called us the night before and cancelled our boat, probably to reserve for their friends! and didn’t even sound like they care !! No customer service at all!!!!! Would not use them !

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Booked a pontoon rental and even called in advance to confirm. The DAY OF the lady calls me and tells me that the boat reserved for us had its motor ruined the NIGHT before!!!!! And when she called to inform me she did not sound apologetic at all and was not professional or accommodating. Spent $300 on fishing gear and was told last second that the rental won’t work out. SO DISAPPOINTED

A must do. The experience was amazing.The only bad thing was having to bring the slide pontoon back. But we will definitely be back sooner than later and with more people now we know the boat can accommodate 14 people.

We had a reservation for the Sunday of Blues Over Biloxi Blue Angels Air Show. Nauti-toons cancelled our reservation 7pm, the night before. I understand things happen and boats can break down, but there was little remorse and no offer to make it up on a later date, just poor customer service that made a bad situation even worse.

Excellent service! Extremely kind and courteous staff. The boat was clean and ran very well. The entire family is ready to go back right now. Thanks you guys for a great day on the water!
