I need insurance. I’m moving to a new state and I need to find insurance. Like now. Called last week for a quote on renters and auto. Gave the guy alllll my information. Down to my DL and SS. I mean this guy has everything. Never got a quote. Not via phone or email or anything. Not any contact saying he was working on it. Nothing. So that’s cool. Someone I don’t know has all my personal information and I don’t even know now what this insurance agency plans to do with all my info. Clearly they aren’t using it to sell me insurance.

Bishop insurance company in Gautier is a fabulous company. The Broker, Cameron, provide excellent service. He was very professional, explained all information on my policy, and really made the process easy. He went out of his way to find the best policy to fit both my homeowners policy and auto policy. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. It was like talking to a friend I had known for years. Insurance can often be confusing as to what is and is not covered, but Cameron made easy to understand and made sure I got the best policy for my needs. I would and have recommended him to several people and will continue to do so. I wish all of my all my business dealings were this easy! My agent Jenny is in bereavement, I asked to talk to another agent. After arguing with the receptionist for a good 10 minutes about wanting to talk to another available agent… she transfers me to Jenny’s mailbox knowing she was not available for 2 weeksLike WTH, my renewal is due next week and needed to talk to another agent about my policyLooking for another house insurance as this one is ridiculous. You have your useless receptionist to blame for this one

Nothing good to say about Bishop. I was with him for three years. my second year who ever they wrote my policy through said they weren’t gonna cover me anymore because I have too much acreage. so they shopped around to find me a new policy by doing so they allowed my policy to elapse. So I had no coverage for about a month. then during a storm I took roof damage roof was leaking call Bishop the next day beginning of April now end of July and they resolve the issue by sending me a check for $29. communication is terrible with their agency my agent is Shawn Marin anytime you call him you can’t get a hold of him. If you get the chance to speak to him he has to call you back and never does. the only reason they received one star because it lowers I can give them I do not recommend them to anyone

I have been a customer for over 10 years, they were paid by Trustmark directly I get a bill that states my insurance expired. This happen in 2020.I call, they find check state the problem is taking care of. I get home at 430 and there is a notice the insurance expired. Called company she tells me is expired in 2020. Call mortgage company they have check where they have cashed for 2020. I pride myself in paying bills automatic. It is frustrating not to be able to resolve things that have been running smooth for that length of time. One computer states they havent been paid and the the mortgage company has a negotiated check. FRUSTRATED CONSUMER GET STUFF ACCOUNTED CORRECTLY. THIS JUST ADDS EXTRA STRESS!!!!!

My homeowners policy has been with Bishop for the last 3 years. My agent was khanh Tran. Though I try to impress upon my agent that my insurance premium should be billed directly to me, instead the bills were sent to my mortgage company.The first year it happened I had to take time out of a business meeting to resolve the problem of the past due premium. If I had been billed in a timely manner I could have resolved this issue prior to my departure .this year the policy was cancelled for non-payment because again the bill premium went to my mortgage company, no notification was made to me. I contacted one of the company presidents on September 21st to try to resolve the issue. Today is October 1st and I have yet to receive a response.They have lost as a customer because of this continuing issue. I hope this review helps you in your selection of insurance agents
