I was driving down the road this morning super early around 6 AM and the cab driver decided it was appropriate to start racing me going well over 80 miles an hour - When I decided to call their dispatch to explain the situation the dispatcher just left me hanging - she confirmed they did indeed have a driver drop someone off at the location I had inquired about and then basically quit talking once I started to tell her what happened… Great Customer Service and just SUPER professional on both employees parts… NOT!! Not to mention safe!!

Nasty.naw cool ride cornholed the driver

I am disabled and require a service dog to be able to go about my day to day life. I was shopping and had a need for the cab due to a flair up of my disiability. I called them and they orginally qouted me $9 but when I told them they would reconise me because I would be the lady with the service dog they tried to add an extra $2 to the fare. This is illegal due to the ada act and federal law. I had to talk to the manager (Mary) who was rude and demeaning and still refused me service because I wouldnt pay extra for my service dog. I did end up getting home but had to miss work because the treatment and discrimination I received caused my disiability flair up to be worse then normal. It has taken 3 months for me to recover financially from and I ended up having to seek medical treatment to address the flair up. I do not recomend this cab company. Serously your better off walking or taking another cab company.

Ive used this service a few times, from Roundup to Billings, etc, when Im in a pinch. Only concern was YEARS ago, trip to Billings. The Driver Was Noticeably excited when I said I had a Mobility/Pain condition, enquired if I took any Pain medication....NOT Comfortable riding with Him after THAT. the way the world was then.. Other than that, HELLUVA lot cheaper than the Lyft, Uber folks are..

I’ve used this service for 3 days straight going to and from work due to my car being in the shop. Every single day, they were late. I always called at LEAST 2 hours in advance for a scheduled ride. They will tell you your ride will be there in 20-30 minutes EVERY single time. 3 out of 6 rides showed up an hour later than they were supposed to each time. The 3 others times, they were still always at least 20 minutes late. If you have an important flight or anything that’s timely important, DONT go through this company. So terrible. I got off work an hour ago and I’m still currently waiting to get picked up when I was first told it would only be 20-30 minutes. STUPID LYING COMPANY

Dont waste your time - just look at all of the negative reviews. Waited for over an hour for a cab - dispatch kept saying 10 more minutes. Got an Uber within 5 minutes.

My driver, Jerry, was awesome! He was funny and very kind! I would not hesitate to ride with him again!!However, the price was exorbitant that the dispatcher charged. Couldn’t believe it! A 15 minute, if that, ride for $39. Highway robbery! No wonder Uber is a thing now.

They will be there in 30 minutes! 45 minutes later, call back...should only be another 5-10 minutes! 20 minutes later....discovered Uber...Uber was there in 3 minutes and Im never looking back!

Uber was backed up and these guys came through for me.

We called for a 9:30am cab to be picked up at the airport. When they arrived another person asked for a ride in the cab we ordered. This was a small sedan. This other was a stranger, no social distancing was possible. We were told that if we wanted an “exclusive” cab it would be another 10 dollars The total would be 28.00 for a 1.5 mile ride. Needless to say we refused the cab we had ordered and called City Cab. We were delivered safely for 15.50. We will NEVER call Yellow Cab.again.

Very polite, professional service from the dispatcher, who deserves a raise for keeping all those balls in the air, and the driver who was polite and organized despite having 3 different fares simultaneously.

Called for a taxi after a concert. Driver got there pretty fast. Since there were so many people waiting for a cab they sent the limo. $10/person was a lot better than Uber which was around $50+ and a long wait.

The dispatcher is the worst they take forever and want customers to share the route with other passengers,if not ,to pay $10 more,thats crazy and creepy,u never know what the next person is thinking sitting next to you.

Called them to be a certain place at a certain time late at night and they were there right on time. Driver was very courteous as well! Will use them again

Mary was on time, professional, and courteous. We had a very pleasant ride I a clean car from town to the airport. From what I read in your reviews you could use some more Marys.

Good customer service and fair rates. From hospital to a hotel cost $15.25 plus tip. I know it should not be more than $20 and I was right good driver. The dispatch needs a little more work on, But thats it. I feel bad for less then three star ether they are not tell the true or they just got bad experience. Keep you good drivers. To be safe I not going tell drivers name or drivers number.

On Halloween I had to wait two and a half hours for a cab on November 3rd I watched the lady with a walker stand outside and wait over 4 hours she called four times can you believe it population of 150,000 and people have to wait hours on end for yellow cab nowhere else in the world have I seen anything like it dont go to Billings

If there would be a zero star rating it would be to kind. I called for a taxi at 11:13 on 4/28 the dispatcher assured me that it would only be 20 minutes. So I waited 20 minutes and an extra 10 still nothing. I call in and she gives me excuse after excuse and asks for another 20 minutes. Well now it’s been over an hour and still no taxi. She starts to answer the phone and just hang up. This is not the way you run a business.

Driver was on time and friendly for 80 mile trip to the Billings airport on 8/2/2020. They called me when driver was leaving to come get me. The only improvement could have been the cab.

On Saturday, May 19, 2019 I reserved a cab to take my granddaughter to the airport the morning of May 21. Pick-up was scheduled for 6:00 am. By ten minutes after six on the morning of May 21 the cab had still not arrived. A desperate call to Yellow Cab showed a ride had not been reserved. Take this advice to heart: call Yellow Cab at least twelve hours ahead of the scheduled pick-up time to verify that the dispatcher has in fact done his job. A hastily arranged ride came too late to meet the flight. The driver apologized for what was not her error.

I called up the lady at their dispatch she answered and said hello and I answered a second later but She had hung up on me. I then made a another call seconds after to ask why she hung up on me, she said “well no one was there” for a 5 second phone call of her just asking “hello” and hanging up. I decided I didn’t want any services from this place so I hung up. This woman ended up having to block this places number so they would stop harassing me. This happens today at 10:07am November 4th 2019. Taking an Uber or a lift is way better than getting service from these people Who have bad tempers. Wouldn’t trust these people to drive my children anywhere.

Excellent, taken to echo canyon west Billings from airport around 10:30 pm sat nite March 17. Quick prompt and safe, and so much less expensive than uber or city cab. City cab lady I spoke to before calling yellow cab, kept me on the line for ten minutes and was rude, plus they were more expensive. Don’t recommend city cab mainly due to the girls super poor customer service that night.

Called dispatch to pay for a stranded little girl. then when she got the little girl home she charged her for the fair.( Not to mention i gave her my number to call in case of emergency) So the little girl called me crying about having to pay. i in return called dispatch and he stated my card declined so i reread the numbers and it was the lady dispatches fault she got the wrong numbers because i spoke clear. so did i also tell you that they still charged me for the fair and the tip ... i dont think so. Crocks i have heard bad things about this cab company before and never had to use them but you can beat i will not use them again.

Usually this company is acceptable, even if the cars are the most incredible pieces of junk, but this week I called to reserve for a pickup the next day and was told in a super-rude way that they were booked up and, basically, SOL and hung up on me! Other cab companies in Billings are even worse so you cant even take your business elsewhere.

He told me they sent someone out right away. I called an hour before I had to be somewhere and he told me it would Be minutes before they were here. Well Ive been waiting for over an hour and he still isnt here yet!

Was told cab would be there in just a minute. 25 minutes later, still nothing. Ended up using Uber. Way better!

Every time we call to get a taxi the guy on the phone is very rude. Always a HUGE wait time, no matter when, it seems. They should definitely look into getting better dispatchers. Half the time you tell them where youre trying to go they act confused and dont have a clue what yourre talking about. For a local taxi company you would think theyd have better knowledge of the town. Its unlucky that there is very few cab companies around here. Save yourself the headache, wait time, and problems and use UBER.

Called for a cab at 1:42 pm, dispatcher said it would be 30 min or less.... 3:12 pm finally get a cab. Do yourself a favor, download a ride share app.

If it were possible to give less I would.. By far the rudest dispatchers EVER. Called and told 1 hour 40 min wait I said that was fine. 2 hours later call in and told ANOTHER 20 minutes. EVERY time I tried to speak I was cut off by him.Would think the company would see all the same type of comments and realize they have a problem but like the dispatches they dont care.How this company is still in operation is beyond me. By far the WORST taxi experience I have had anywhere in the world...Apparently were never thought manners or to say THANK YOU instead of just hanging up on their customers.

Today my experience with using yellow cab was very unfavorable! I gave you 2 stars because the driver both at pick up points was very courteous and helpful to me and I appreciate that very much! However you would have gotten more stars had I not had to wait over 2 1/2 hours to be picked up from my doctors appointment, one of the ladies that work at Riverstone clinic called and spoke with your dispatcher and was told I was the next in line to be picked up yet 1 hour later im still waiting to be picked up so after an additional 30 minutes I call and speak with the dispatcher ladie and was told the cab was right across the street from me I he was not it was an additional 25 min before finally I see a cab! I know I am using a riverstone cab voucher and their paying for me to ride but feel that I should not to be made to feel I am not as important to get picked up since it is on a voucher! No one should have to wait that long especially after being told their enroute to get them and should be there in a matter of minutes and hours later they finally show up!

Like so many other reviews I see about the long waits, its pathetic to wait for almost two hours for a ride. Dont lie to your riders and tell them you will be there in 15 minutes if its really going to be an hour or more!

I gave one star only because theres no option for negative stars!! HORRIBLE experience, I called they said an hour and a half after two hours I call again just to make sure they were still coming and the dispatcher hung up on me about 6 times with no explanation. RIPOFF!!!. Charged $26 to take us on a .8 of a mile round trip. Driver didnt know how to get there. We gave him directions from Google maps.

Drivers speed, if u have a pickup on medicaid voucher they try to say they never got it so they dont have to get u, can take more then an hour to puck u up after appt, but worst of all they denied me bringing my service dog in the cab with me so I had to have my teenage son race to where I was to get my Lil pup and walk home with him just so I could get a ride home cause I was hurting too bad to walk home
