Woman at the reception area was VERY RUDE! The place was very hard to find, and due to our frustration, my wife and I forgot our masks in the truck! We walked a long way out of our way, and when we finally found LabCorp-we walked in and I was told that I would have to WAIT OUTSIDE because I didn’t have a mask!? They gave my wife one (she is the patient) but REFUSED to give me one!? Told me to WAIT OUTSIDE!!! I will most assuredly Never Come Back to this place again!!

Spent 1.5 hours this morning trying to get a blood draw for 4 blood tests my Dr. had ordered. Personel there said Medicare & my insurance would not pay for these tests as coded and wanted me to pay $336. Went back to Dr. Office for new coding then back to Labcorp who said insurance would only pay for 3 out of 4 tests & I would have to pay for the 4th test or sign a release to Medicare saying I would not dispute the claim! Rude, greedy, did not care about patient care at all. Just getting the $$$. Left without blood draw & now will need new lab order to start over. Will never use Labcorp again. 😡
