Just keep waiting....and waiting....and waiting...for my delivery. Which, in the first 2 weeks they were nice enough to call the day before and say we promise, we are DEFINITELY coming tomorrow (for 5 days in a row)....but now they just do not respond, do not answer phones or call back. Its So very unprofessional I can not understand how a company like this has any business at all. 0 logistics management, obviously. So now I have $20k worth of goods I ordered a month ago, and no idea where it is.

Not good does not cover it. If there was an option for zero stars I would most definitely choose it. Company was supposed to deliver it one Friday and I ended up calling in afternoon to check on things. They said they received order early In week but hadn’t sent it out. they promised me a delivery date of the following Thursday or Friday. I called 10times that Thursday before someone answered the phone. When they did they did not have me on the schedule yet and the order was still in the warehouse. they then straight out lied and told me they would have people work late and get it to me by end of night. This didnt happen. I called friday morning and spoke to someone several times after multiple calls they told Me order had only left that morning. They further responded by we will get it to you Monday. I have yet to receive my order it is definitely not the contracted drivers, it is solely the responsibility, I professionalism, and poor customer service of the storage place.

Lowe’s should be ashamed for using this shipping company. The full order of my cabinets still haven’t been delivered by this company 15 days after they were promised. They don’t return phone calls, they just ignore you. I can’t believe I’ve paid Lowe’s for this delivery service. REDMAN SHIPPING IS AWFUL!!!

Both we and our contractor called Redman numerous times to discuss delivery of kitchen cabinets. No one returned our calls. Finally, after several weeks of trying, a live body answered and we were assured that all we had to do was call one week ahead to arrange delivery. Once we knew our delivery window, I called more than one week early, was told they would call on Friday to give me a delivery time the next week. No call on Friday, and again no return to my several messages. On Monday morning of the week we expected delivery, I called again and miraculously got a live human who told me it had not been scheduled yet, and maybe on the following Friday IF they had other deliveries in the area. Which they would not, because delivery was being made to a small town in a rural area. We finally gave up, loaded up a trailer, drove an hour into town and picked them up ourselves. Once we got there, they were good about loading them up for us but that did not make up for the otherwise terrible customer service. (The woman who answered the phone was nice but did not have access to messages left on the general phone line and so they all went unanswered). If I ordered merchandise from a third party (Lowes, etc.) I would specifically direct that they NOT use Redman. There are other, better delivery services in Billings, Montana.

I wish I could give negative stars! This company is a absolute joke. If you are ordering from IKEA this is the only transport company they contract with. I highly advise not ordering with IKEA until they wise up and stop all contracting with them. Their White glove delivery is anything but. I thought all was good. They called saying my order was in early and that they would be able to deliver it prior to my scheduled date. They called the next day saying my delivery would be on Tuesday, May 4th. Perfect!! They also stated the driver would give us a call one hour prior to delivery. We made sure there was someone at the house all day long. After reading the reviews its not a shocker that no one showed. I called the dispatch the next day. Apparently they had no idea that the driver never showed. They were going to try and get ahold of him and then call me back. No surprise that they never called. I then called again two hours later and they said they still havent gotten a hold of him. WHERE WAS MY STUFF???? I asked if this was normal she stated no, that the driver was just having a bad week and having some personal issues. This seems to be an excuse they use commonly. Not professional at all!! I called Ikea the next day after another day went by with no delivery. They also struggled to get answers from this company. They would keep trying and reach back out to me. Then three hours later he called. I was out of the state and no one was at my home. He was not one hour but 1 minute away!! I was caught off guard and he said he could just leave it.....WELL that was BIG mistake. Boxes were open. Pieced thrown around in a pile at my front door. Boot prints all over my stuff. Open products. Trash in my driveway. Furniture completely damaged. I have never been more angry!! I called Ikea right away after receiving pictures from my husband of how it was left. I had to be on the phone with them for three hours to file a complaint and a return. This company is the only option in Montana so I refused a new order. They now have to pick it all back up but have again no showed. I can not get ahold of this company any longer. They will not answer my phone calls. I am writing this review in hopes that they see it. If this driver comes back on my property without anyone being home we will call the police. His complete lack of disrespect and peoples hard earned money is a shame! He should be fired.

Josh was super helpful. I had a bike to be picked up with no help from the shop to secure the bike at a good location for pick up. I thought I had lost the bike. Josh stepped up big time and made the extra trip to secure the shipping quote. He saved the day! Thank you, thank you..I will ship again soon. This is an awesome contact for future business. This is the 2nd time I had a delivery from them as a third-party delivery company. The two delivery guys were careful with the product, careful with our office as they had a tight space to navigate through. They delivered the product 4 days before what Tammy in the office thought they might be able to do and I had ample communication from the office and the drivers. Last year, I had a patio set that was a gift and they worked hard to deliver the product early as well so it would be ready for a birthday party. In my experience, they aim to please!

I am horribly disappointed in this company and have no idea why a company like Tempur-Pedic would partner with them! I was supposed to received the white-glove service but due to COVID that was not allowed which is perfectly understandable, the problem rests in their RUDE customer service and horrible delivery team, which I am pretty sure is incapable of a white glove service. Customer service instead of giving a window called and said it will be delivered on this day sometime. Well that day didnt really work for me, but nothing you can do. Then the delivery folks arrived and had a hard time unloading the bed (too heavy for them I guess). Then realized that using a dolly was not possible, so they literally pushed the box along the concrete ripping the box along the way. WORST experience ever. Do not hire this company for anything if you care about it staying in tact and not being damaged.

I also would give -5 stars if I could. Our furniture, which we ordered and payed for in full 2 months ago has been sitting in there warehouse for 3 weeks. Every week weve received a different excuse as to why they cant deliver it. The excuse last week was there driver called in sick, there were still 4 other days it couldve been delivered. The excuse we got today was our driver may or may not deliver it due to a skiff of snow(less than 1 inch) thats in the forecast. My opinion they are just stalling or incompetent. I have worked for delivery company for 14 years I drive an average for 350 miles a day all year round in ALL conditions. My customers would laugh at me if I told them anything like that. These people are just a sorry excuse for delivery company and customer service is just as bad. Stop making excuses and do your job.

Absolutely Horrible Service not communicating properly. Was told that the shipment would be delivered Tuesday and that didnt then we were told Wednesday they would be in our area mind you Im only 6 hours away from their facility and Wednesday turned into Thursday which has now turned in to possibly Friday. These guys have no communication with the drivers and cant figure out when shipments are going to be delivered. I need my shipment so my contractor can install the cabinets in our kitchen that has been torn apart for a week now and Im paying $300 a day to sit and do nothing while I play cat and mouse with Redman Storage driver

I would give zero stars if that was a choice. This is the company that IKEA hired and we did not get a choice in deciding. They held our order at their facility for nearly 2 weeks, giving us multiple excuses when we checked delivery status about why. First their driver no showed, then the driver was sick, then they hired a new driver and would call us when they were an hour away. Upon reading google/YELP reviews this is apparently generic excuses they’ve used multiple times on other people. Finally today we see the truck pull up outside our neighbors house and go check if they’re supposed to be there for us, turns out our neighbors by some odd twist of events also ordered from IKEA at the same time we did and had been dealing with the same problems as us. The driver called them (not us) and our neighbors had to go meet them somewhere in town and bring them to their house because they claimed their GPS wasn’t working. Once they unloaded their order, they illegally parked on an emergency route and blocked an entire lane to deliver ours AFTER asking that my husband pull his truck around so they could load it into his truck instead of in front of our house. Then the 2 men asked my husband, who is untrained and does not work for their company to operate their truck lift for them!!!! For what reason, we have no idea. I’m not sure when or how your company went downhill, but it certainly has and you now have 2 more very unsatisfied customers. Fix your issues. Do not recommend them for delivery or unloading or even customer service to find out about the status of your order. Save yourself the time and hassle by going to literally ANY other company.

Thanks Joshua.Was promised that my time sensitive shipment, that we paid over $1,000 CAD to have shipped, was to be received last Friday at the latest.Now telling me it won’t be here and the person repping the company is telling me it’s not her problem.

Edit - The review below still hold true. Every time I call and talk to people at this company, they promise to give me a call back with information. They never call back. Horrible.Zero stars as far as I am concerned. Not sure if its entirely the companys fault or the truck drivers they contract with. But horrible customer service. Weeks after I made my order from Ikea, this company called to confirm delivery date. My delivery did not show up on the specified date. No call telling me what happened. I had to call them the next day. They said the driver scheduled to make the delivery was m.i.a. They scheduled another driver for the next day. 3:30 pm the next day, I called to check on the delivery. The company tried to call the driver, no answer. Ive had to reschedule my business trips. i have no one to accept delivery for me. Horrible, horrible, horrible delivery business. How are you still open?

If I could give this company (- 5 )stars I would, They have held a massage chiar we ordered through Tru medic that they were supposed to deliver to use a month ago!! And every week they call use with another exercise why they cant deliver it, And after telling my wife one resone I called and they told me completely something different..And yet a month late we still havent received our chair or get a confirmed answer to when we will get it.. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone.. use at your own risk
