I had the BEST experience at Riddle’s (Shiloh Location) with Beret!! I had been to another local jewelry store and the employee was pushy, and very “salesman” like... clearly focused on commission instead of what I was looking for. We are very grateful to Riddles for fixing my watch after 2 other stores did not do so well with it. What had started out as a simple trip to the only store in the mall doing battery installs that day, turned into a nightmare. The girl who did the battery install unfortunately disengaged the stem, rendering the watch unable to set the time. She could not fix it, so we went to the store where it was purchased ( this store was not doing battery installs due to corona virus) and the young man there took the watch apart, couldnt fix it, and then couldnt put it back together. He said we needed to send it to the factory to have it fixed. Sadly, we had to take the watch home in pieces in a box. We brought the box of pieces to Riddles the next day hoping they could reassemble it and get it working. We were relieved and thrilled when we received a call later that same day saying it was fixed and running fine. The jeweler at Riddles was able to fix what was appearing hopeless. We will be giving Riddles our business when shopping for jewelry, and most certainly we will have them do all of our future battery installs. Warmest thanks and appreciation.

First of all I would like to say thank you to Matt at Riddles. I had gotten a beautiful ring last summer and needed to have it sized. Finally in March I dropped off this ring to have it sized and some repair work done on my Mother wedding set. Then everything closed down. I called last week to see if they were open yet. I talked to Matt he said he was there all day, however I was in Cody and couldn’t get up there. He offered to ship the rings down to me, but my Moms wedding set is 70 years old and would be irreplaceable, so I was weary of doing that. He asked when I could be in Billings and we set a day to be there. He came and opened up to give me my rings. I am really great full to him for doing this for me. Our experience with Riddles in Rapid city, SD, Billings, MT and Casper, WY were all phenomenal!!!! Top notch friendly customer service! We bought both of our wedding bands, had mine sauntered and resized from the Billings, MT location. Their manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! She had my set shipped to me and arrived the next day! My wedding ring and band looked better than the day he proposed!! Rapid city, SD was where I found my unique wedding band because no other jeweler had anything I liked, that fit or good customer service. I then bought my husbands wedding band from the Casper, WY location and their manager made such a great experience very easy! He shipped my husbands band and it fit perfect!! I recently had occasion to stop at the Riddles Jewelry location at Shiloh Crossing Shopping Center in Billings, MT. All I needed were batteries in two fairly nice wrist watches that the big box stores declined to service due to possible liabilities. While I visited with one employee the operations manager, Tonita Burns, worked to replace the dead batteries. She managed to complete the task on one watch but the other was newer, never having been previously serviced, and she was unable to remove the back. At her urging I returned the following day and that battery was replaced successfully. As I had to drive through a fresh snow storm and slick roads Tonita choose not to charge me for the work. I submit that while a freebie is appreciated it is not required to achieve great customer service. I applaud the kindness and thoughtfulness demonstrated as that can be so rare these days and I will not hesitate to return to Riddles Jewelry in Billings.

Today my wife and I experienced fantastic service at Riddle’s on Shiloh in Billings. Tonita was amazing to work with, very knowledgeable, kind, friendly and not at all pushy! Tonita made our visit fun, I highly recommended both her and The Riddle’s Shiloh location!

The staff at Riddles was more than accommodating when helping me with multiple orders from afar. My husband is in the military and were always moving to new locations, but that didnt prevent my wants & needs being surpassed. Tonita was amazing at keeping me informed throughout the whole process and assuring that everything was taken care of correctly!

I took a small gold chain into the store to have it repaired. I know that the chain is difficult to work on, with very small, single links. The experience was wonderful. Matt fixed the chain while I wondered the store. I have bought pieces of jewelry over the past few years and the store has beautiful things that are priced fairly. The feeling of the store, from the layout to the help, was very friendly and welcoming. I am not usually comfortable in a jewelry store, but this one was different. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Riddles worked on my wife’s 26-year-old wedding ring last year. It had lost a diamond. They replaced the gold, rebuilt it. Beautiful result. Not overcharged. Guaranteed against any loss of diamonds. Nice buying atmosphere. Friendly employees. Not pressured to buy the more expensive things.Large centerpiece ring fell out Yesterday. Wife and I just cra*^#d. were afraid of the cost, but they did say they guaranteed it.Got a call from the manager today. Apologetically said they’d cover the cost of the diamond, same quality or better, same size. 0.79 carat marquis fairly high quality. They’ll call to show us the diamond before they put it in. Just calling me to let me know.I’d give them10 stars if I could.
