We bought our Mother of the Brides dress, as well as; 3 bridesmaid dresses, 1 Junior bridesmaids dress and a flowergirl dress. Staff insured that the styles we were looking at would arrive in time, and they were incredibly help. We also did alterations on all but two of the dresses including a pocket for my daughters insulin pump. This included an opening, that was correctly seamed to prevent fraying, so that we could access her tubing through her dress. They did a great job with creating the idea i was trying to communicate.

I came in looking for my wedding dress and I was joyfully greeted by the crew and had a wonderful experience. I had Maddie helping me and she was so kind, new her stuff, and brought to life what I was looking for when I didn’t have the right words for it.I originally gave this place a five star because of the great experience I had purchasing the dress. But the rest of my experience has not been as good. I was given a call saying that my dress had arrived at the store to which I drove an hour and a half from where I live to pick up the dress. When I got there they said it was a mistake and that my dress wouldn’t arrive for another week, but they did have my vail and belt. While it may have been a little frustrating I tried to have grace for the situation and made plans to come back.When I came for the second time to pick up my dress I tried it on and it didn’t fit...and they wanted to charge $425 for alterations. That’s almost as much as the dress was. I didn’t understand as to why I had to pay that much to alter a dress that was supposed to be made to my size. I can understand if we need to adjust length or a few things...but the entire part of the dress was having to be taken in and altered..All to say aside from my first experience at the store the rest of the time was not great. I wouldn’t recommend people go to this location or store.

This David’s bridal hands down is the best location you could ever go to get your wedding dress. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your wedding day will be the most memorable one. I was told several times throughout the night that I looked like I was gliding across the floor with the under-bustle their alterations department performed. I had some setbacks at a different bridal store; Aurest and her staff made sure to make up for that and then some. I will absolutely always refer Billings David Bridal to anyone and everyone in my area. PS. I drove from Casper, Wyoming to this location and I’m so glad I did! Thank you, Aurest, and the rest of the Billings crew for making me feel amazing on my wedding day!

The staff and my personal consultant were amazing from the second I walked in the door! They listened to my vision and my likes and dislikes and helped me find the perfect dress for my special day!! They made me feel beautiful!! They had so many dress choices and all the accessories to make those final touches perfect! My experience was the best I could have wanted!! ❤

Today was an incredible experience. After my first appointment with another shop left much to be desired I was nervous coming into this one. Kristin and her girls were amazing from the start. They greeted us cheerfully as we walked in and left us to browse. Soon after the hero of the day came to introduce herself! Madison was outstanding. She started by really listening to my likes and dislikes of previous dresses. She then worked with me to pull dresses then we were off. Madison made sure I was comfortable every step of the way as well as checked in with me after each dress. She would discuss the pros and cons of each one to help her select the next one. With Madison’s knowledge she was able to find the right direction to take us when I wasn’t sure what I wanted! With her help we found my perfect dress!! My girls and I had an appointment for bridesmaid dresses David’s Bridal in Billings a few days ago. We had an amazing time and found dresses that were perfect for each one of them. We are so pleased with the results of our appointment! Shortly after the appointment was over, my bridesmaids wanted me to try on some wedding dresses since i have yet to even do so. So we asked our consultant, Paige Christoferson (i believe) and she kindly excepted. She was so pleasant and said, “let me go check with my manager just to double check, but i have no other appointments today and would love to helpyou out.” This was to sweet to me and my girls as some of them won’t be able to make it to my official dress appointments later this summer! We really appreciated Paige and all that she did for us. She was so accommodating! We would recommend going her and definitely ask for Paige! Thanks for everything, David’s Bridal!

She made suggestions but was never pushy. Helped me find shoes to match my needs and ordered the color I wanted. Arranged the best price possible. She made the experience effortless and fun.

David’s Bridal has always provided top notch service but recently, they saved the day! Not only did they make finding a flower girl dress such an easy process compared to local competitors, they were able to get me a dress white the wedding being 3 days away. My sisters wedding was postponed due to Covid, and the dress I had bought was now too small since I recently had a baby. They found me the dress, in the correct size, got it the next day and called me immediately! I am so grateful for Maddy, Aurest and the girls who helped make this possible!

The Alterations lady who worked with me is just so great- she recognized me on my return to pickup my non-David’s Bridal gown, and was as happy to go a second round of extra seam loosening where I needed it. Every other alteration area was a perfect fit and I appreciate her assistance, attention to detail and excellent customer service. I felt every bit of focus on my dress fitting as if I had purchased it there- that’s saying a lot. She told me her name, but I can’t spell it- but she and my dress are Both from China…she is a much smaller size. (We both laughed about that :) Happy to have them Both play big parts of my upcoming Beach elopement. Thank You!!

My friend was fitted for a bridesmaid dress by Margarita. She was not given a quote for the alterations, she was given a dress she did not choose and was fitted in said dress despite my friends pleas to be fitted in her selected dress. Margarita body shamed my friend, saying whyd you get so big? as well as other demeaning comments. The dress didnt meet my friends expectations after fitting but after explaining her issues (like the stain on the dress, or the fact that it was so tight, you could see the outline of her belly button) Margarita told her it wouldnt be an issue. My friend is beyond beautiful, absolutely healthy, and deserved so much better. She left in tears. The sweetest, most inconvenient human youll ever met was treated like garbage by Davids Bridal. My friend and the bride will be visiting the shop today to resolve the issues with the dress, but I dont know that shell ever be comfortable being fitted for a dress again.

Lourdes was amazing with doing the alterations on my dress. She was so helpful and so pleasant to work with. She helped with adding straps to my dress and showing me different options. She made our appointment very pleasant. I was very pleased with how our appointment went today.

Visited Saturday, May 8th for alterations. The seamstress was FANTASTIC. She took time to answer all my questions and make custom adjustments to my wedding gown that will make it the perfect fit. It was clear she has years of experience and she demonstrated sincere care for her clients.I was also impressed by the customer service staff. As I was checking out, there was a very rude and unreasonable customer making a scene about a returns process/policy that was not the fault of David’s Bridal or the customer service reps. The customer was yelling and arguing at the customer service reps for 20 minutes even though the reps were giving the woman multiple reasonable options to choose from to meet her demands and improve her experience. I was impressed by how calm, collected and kind the customer service reps stayed throughout the whole interaction despite how absolutely absurd the customer’s behavior was.I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with everyone from this store and would highly recommended their kindness, care and service to all brides.

BreeAnne was absolutely fabulous to work with today. She helped us get an entire bridal party dressed and was a joy throughout the process.

Lindsey was great. My problem can at alterations and they wanted me to buy their corset so the dress would fit. But the problem is it would show thru the lacy. I think thats trashy. But Xiao seamstress came to my reduce and suggested the bra. Cup inserts. It was perfect. She truly kept me from walking out in tears. I love the dress and cant wait to wear it for my wedding.

My daughters and I came in looking for dresses for my sons wedding. The staff greeted us as we walked in. They invited us to look around and asked us questions on what we were looking for. Styles and dates. Colors. My daughter and I had an awesome time looking for our dresses. Prices were great. We each found what we were looking for. Totally happy. I recommend for your first place to shop for any special occasion or wedding to be Davids Bridal. They made it easy and no stress.

Absolutely worst customer service ever. The manager is downright rude as well. I told her about the online sale DB had on shoes and she caught an attitude when I asked if I could still have that discount. Horrible. And they REFUSE to steam your dress when it arrives in store if you don’t have alterations through them. I mean come on, my dress looks horrible. The least you could do is take 3 minutes out of your day to steam them. They should be embarrassed. 0/10 don’t recommend going though them at all. Or go on a day when the manager is off. Everyone else was great.

Lindsey was so so helpful I walked in and was SO overwhelmed at first I wanted to cry I didnt see what I wanted and thought I wasnt going to find anything. She was patient and kind and listened to my wants and needs she didnt get frustrated or pressure me into anything I didnt want. She worked with me and in the end I found something even better than I ever imagined. It was such a great experience and not only did Lindsay help me but the floor managers walked around and helped as well, pulling dresses and suggesting different things. It was a great experience and I will recommend them to everyone I know. 10/10 five stars everyone give them a go.

I had the best experience at Davids Bridal in Billings. I brought in a dress I purchased elsewhere tosee if they could fix the alterations done by a woman in my town. Carol, Xiao, Janet and Lourdes are top notch. I worked mostly withCarol and she put me at ease and was very ressuring and came up with a solution that made the dress even better. I had an overall amazing and helpful experience here at David’s Bridal in Billings with the wonderful help of all of the beautiful women who worked there to help me get my bridesmaids dresses ordered in. With the help of Lindsey Reibosome and Aurest Turner, I had everything done in a matter of minutes. Thank you!

I had an appointment for January 9. Upon walk in, the staff was extremely pleasant. The lady I checked in with, was fantastic. She explained everything, gave me a cute bridal bag and let me check out dresses. I didn’t have any issues until I met with my “stylist”. I showed her a couple dresses I wanted to try, and I went to the room. She gave me my undergarments and instructed I get them on. Then when it was time to put the dress on, she basically had me stand with the door open and put it on. This happened each time. The door was left open, and she was less than helpful. I’m not extremely shy, so I wasn’t too concerned but if it was someone else, I’m sure they would want more privacy and maybe more help. Not everyone is proficient in trying on wedding gowns. I would explain what I did or didn’t like about the dress and she would simply move on. She never tried to help me find a dress I loved. She had me try on the others I liked. I found one that had half the things I wanted but I wasn’t in love with it. I mentioned I didn’t like the undergarments and she didn’t offer to let me try with anything else to see if I liked the dress better another way. Finally a second employee helped me by grabbing a different undergarment. I said this made me like the dress more but I wasn’t in love with the bottom. The stylist acted like I was just a nuisance the entire time. I asked about a similar one and was basically told, this is it. And then became very pushy to get my to purchase. She kept coming back just to push us to purchase repeatedly. After leaving, I was really upset. I felt like I wasn’t a priority at all, and helping me find the perfect dress wasn’t important for her. She was more interested in making a sale. Wedding dress shopping should be a special time, where a bride should feel like she’s priority and the center of focus. I did not feel either.

I have had a wonderful experience with Davids Bridal after a not-so-successful trip at a different boutique in town. I came in in February the day after the unsuccessful trip, and found my dress first day! There was confusion on me booking an appointment late the day before, but Aurest the store manager personally helped me find my dream dress. I came in in July for my alterations appointment to make the dress tea-length, and Aurest remembered helping me and was happy to see my vision in real life! Today was my final fitting and I could not be more pleased with how it came out. Aurest and her team are so thorough, and remember their clients fondly making it a much more personable experience. I cant wait to get married! Ill recommend this store to everyone I know looking, thank you so much for your amazing accommodations and wonderful experience!! Ill forever be grateful.

Xiao was very helpful and wonderful. We came in to pick up the dress and she helped us get the correct alterations on the coverup for the dress. I definitely recommend coming here for you’re wedding.
