The internet is poor, the customer service is horrible. I canceled my service with this company returned all of the equipment customer service rep Sherry said need to be returned. 3 months later the company stole $300.00 from my account stating my new internet provider stole a peice of there equipment. Come to fimd out the serviceman who was suppose to come out to get a peice of equipment, that the customer support rep Sherry did not mention needed to be picked up, lied and stated that the equipment was no longer on the house. The company did not contact me letting me know that this equipment was not recovered and when calling in tje issue customer service rep Sherry is rude from the begining of the call to the time she hangs up on me. This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, they lie and cheat there custimers and do not admit to their wring doings to their customers!! My advice is to stay as far away from this company as possible, nothing but liars and theives!! The review does not even deserve 1 star they need negative stars for companies like this!! I aske to speak with a supervisor, Sherry stated they were not avaliable and would call me back. Been about a week and still no call, shows they dont care about their customers at all!!

I have been with this company since they took over USA digital. I avoid calling at all possible due to the fact that their customer service including tech support is not the greatest. The service it self is good unless the wind is bad but that is understandable. Please work on customer service, it’s very frustrating to be treated like I’m wasting their time!

Good pricing and good speeds for the price. However, there are a few issues that should be noted. First, it can be difficult to get call backs or responses to questions when issues arise. Second, towers can occasionally become overloaded causing latency and bandwidth problems. WispWest has worked to correct those issues when they arise and the service works reliably most of the time. Its worth giving them a shot if you are able to receive service and want speeds that can be hard to find in many areas of Montana.

Great company to work with. Calls answered immediately, usually by someone you have come to know. Excellent customer service. Great rates and rate options. Do not have to bundle services.Field techs are great, prompt and trustworthy.I am mostly excited to finally have internet in our area!

Always great customer service! Our service has always been very reliable and affordable. We constantly stream TV, tablets, and phones at the same time with no issues at all. Prior to the previous upgrade, we were having some temporary issues with service. IT was incredibly helpful and courteous while trying to troubleshoot and once they determine a Tech was needed, they sent one out quickly to resolve the issue. We recommend Wispwest to everyone!

Excellent internet speed. We have several devices streaming, and there are rarely any issues. When anything concerning arises, it is taken care of immediately. Troubleshooting/tech support is patient, and helpful.

I have had their rural broadband service for about 2 years and it has been pretty darn reliable. I have friends and family that live in the area and unfortunately they do not have WispWest as an option and only have 1 competitor provider and Dish Internet as their 2 options. Never hear anything good from them. We have several TVs and mobile devices in our home and have several people streaming at same time constantly. When its working it has been amazing. And that is most of the time. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 just do to the occasional times that internet has been down.

Rural areas have a hard time keeping the internet up and running. however, issues are usually fixed within a few minutes to several hours depending on the severity of the issue. Customer service is always very helpful.

I live in rural Montana. No chance for high speed fiber (it is in the road but we cant tap in) and I have tried every satilite available. But our neighbors got wispwest and we then followed. Never been happier. Good connection speeds and great service! I have it at my home and office.

Dont do it unless you dont have another choice. Service unreliable, inconsistent and expensive. I have the 10 meg plan and have all the upgrades to the new fancy service. I pay $50 a month. For example, speed test at 8:13am on Thursday...reveals 2.53 upload and 3.69 download. Happens often. Never know when it will be working right...Monday nite now, 4 days since original review, have not heard from you. Internet service is horrible! Cant watch fire stick either.

We have been using WispWest for a couple years now, able to watch Netflix movies and play games on xbox live most of the time. Only issues we run into is really bad weather things wont load, but i feel thats to be expexted.

Installers and field techs are professional courteous and knowledgeable. In my particular location,WispWest is my only real option for high speed internet. I work from home, and Satellite internet is not VPN friendly. Not to mention the data caps.The tower I connect to was recently upgraded to allow more speed/bandwidth. When it works, it works great. Prior to the tower upgrade, reliability was an issue. Since the upgrade, while not perfect, reliability has improved. I do appreciate when there is a known outage, that a front end message is placed on the tech help line. That saves me from sitting on hold to verify the issue is not on my end. I do appreciate the extended tech help hours into Saturday. I would like to see later coverage as well. I realize that is a added cost to the company and there needs to be a balance to maintain profitability. Its still on my wish list though. When I am forced to leave a message for the tech help desk, my call is typically returned. not always as timely as I would like, but its still good to know I am not being completely ignored. In general, I am satisfied with the service. Longer hours of tech help availability and improved reliability would increase this rating to a 5. I am thankful to have a viable high speed internet option in my area (go to the middle of nowhere and turn left).

I have been a Wispwest customer for 3 years, and have been impressed with the consistant cheerfulness of the employees. However, I am one of only five customers in my area, so when my internet service was down, restoration of my service was not high priority. We were without internet for over a week.

I must say that I dont want to give a negative review of Wispwest Internet; however, my past experience with other Internet service providers has swayed my thinking. I must admit though that price wise they do offer a great package deal and being that we live in Montana, I dont feel its fair to compare to large city internet. I work from home part time and both my boys, ages 15 and 12 are homeschooled so having access to internet 24/7 is vital. What bugs me the most is certain times of the day, our internet service is just dropped. The download speeds are sufficient when we have internet.

Ive used Wispwest since 2013 and have been very pleased with the service overall. I live in a rural location with limited internet options. Prior to Wispwest, I used satellite and cellular. The satellite systems had terrible latency and the cellular was fast but had limited bandwidth. They all cost about the same but Wispwest has been the best choice for my needs.

Service has gotten better over the years. Occasionally it slows due to too many people on the same connection. If you call, in most cases they will put you on a different connection with less users.
