I am not happy with Republic Services service as of late. They put my account on hold for late payment without notifying me. If they would have reached out with a simple phone call, I would have paid right on the spot. It was just a simple miss between my husband or I when paying bills. Now I can’t seem to get back on track with them. They missed my normal pickup date,and said I would have to wait until next day. I waited and called again and now they have scheduled another week out and won’t respond to my needs. I’ve talked to billing,dispatch,head management, but still not serviced. I am very disappointed with their service.

Does anyone ever answer the phones over there?? I been on the line for twenty minutes I finally hung up

Go elsewhere! Ordered a dumpster on Friday. Was promised delivery by Monday or Tuesday morning at the latest. After much back and forth I was told that it had been delivered to the wrong place. My last call was late Wednesday afternoon where I was told that 2 of their trucks had broken down and they could have it Thursday morning. Really screwed up the schedule of the work that was to get done. Talked to Ryan who was polite and appeared to try to help, but just didnt seem know what was going on.

Fees, fees and more fees on top of already expensive service. All charged without prior notice or consultation. Fuel recovery fees even after the price of gas stabilized and dropped. Now excessive $27.50 overage fees every time the lid of the can cant close completely. Its outrageous!They have even attempted to charge obsessive fees for hauling away a large item that didnt exist and claimed they had photos to prove it but wouldnt share them with me to actually validate their claim.Beware of this company and ask for detailed breakdowns of their fees. Consider other companies or hauling your own trash first. Youll save a lot of hassle and money.

Just spoke to Rose to set up a much needed remodeling project. She was very professional and helpful. She could sense the urgency of my request and is putting in place avenues to help my project succeed. Super jacked for have called them first will not be looking anywhere else for this service!

3 because the employees are wonderful , and actual service is good, otherwise itd be a one. Day 56 of hire on, still no income as the left and right hands cant do their jobs. One b.s. thing after the next, from setting up UA in wrong states , to oops, forgot signatures a month after the factApply at your own risk, even direct resume emails to the hiring manager get mysteriously lost numerous times. Be prepared to not pay rent for a while.

Never got a bill in the 2 months I used them . Couple months later I get something from their lawyers to collect my past due amount. I would have paid if you sent me a damn bill . Not happy

7th and 8th on Ave B is not the Point so QUIT Burning it!!!!
