These folks did a great job refinishing our floors - they were so responsive and helpful in making sure we were happy with our choices. On top of that, we were a last minute job that they worked hard to fit in so we could meet our move in timeline. Updated equipment and their staff are friendly and hard working. Highly recommend!

Soft Touch refinished a floor for me and it was a disappointment. The floor cracked and the fill wasnt sealed and within 6 months it was no better that before. The only response from Soft Touch I got was that I should have gotten a humidifier. After 10 years a floor I had refinished by another Company is still looking great I only wish I could have gotten them to do this one.

I have just had soft touch redeem my 100 year old floor. They gave me a date, they send a very good crew to my home. They where outstanding from the begging until the end. was well worth the wait and the experience was great!!! thank you.
