The red-head needs to work on her customer service skills.You lost a lot of business by the way she spoke to me. My family and I have been coming here for years, and well never come here again.

My daughter had a very difficult bridesmaid dress that unfortunately was too small and these ladies performed a beautiful job making it larger along the sides. Highly recommend.

I’m sorry to be the one to leave a bad review but it is necessary. 4 pair of jeans to be hemmed should be pretty standard procedure. Sadly it looked like a toddler did the work. I’m shocked that they let me go home with them like that. I’m seriously disappointed as I am a new resident of Billings area and in need of a quality Seamstress. 👎🏼

Super nice people, got my project done in 2 days so my granddaughter could use it the first day after Christmas vacation. It was well done and very fair charge, especially under this time frame. Happy to recommend them.

I needed two pairs of baseball pants hemmed last minute. The store in the Heights I normally use was closed so I try this place out. The ladies working were super friendly and helpful and had both pairs hemmed the same day. Awesome price too especially for short notice! Highly recommend them!

These are the absolute worst people! Took in a few bags of clothes, heres a list of problems:1) fixed a few pieces out of close to 30 items 2) charged me for ALL of the items I took in 3) took over 3 months to fix less than a 1/2 dozen things 4) neglected to tell me they only fix a few of these items 5) when I saw things were not done & I called, they said bring them back in & theyd fix 6) these things never got fixed in 2 more months 7) I picked up again & was NOT told they didnt fix the AGAIN saw @ home & called again 8) they told me items were bot fixable, I reminded I had paid for ALL items the 1st time I picked up, they said too bad. I asked for money back, they refused, I asked if they could JUST fix my stuff, they refused. Needless to say, I will NEVER take anything there or recommend that anyone take their things there. Horrible people, worse people skills.

Ive used these gals for close to 8 years. Theyve altered formal gowns, taken in pants (once wide leg were out of style, converted them to slimmer legs), hemmed skirts and fixed zippers that broke on expensive ski jackets. These ladies do it all. Im hoping they can alter my sun shade for my pergola.
