Horrible experience; rude staffers who miss deadlines. Poorly managed.

I called for a question and was treated like a piece of trash. They were incredibly rude and inconsiderate. If I could give zero stars, I would.

They have very hard working employees! The owners are very kind and take care of their employees and customers alike.

As a professional starting out, this agency has been nothing but helpful. Without their assistance, there is no way I could have started my private practice.

Worst customer service ever. It took them 6 months to run the charges thru my insurance. N then when my insurance finally got the charges approved, they ran my card twice. They have no idea why it was ran twice.
