I got a quote from another repair shop here in town. They quoted me at $2,900. I called Staley’s and they not only picked my jeep up but they gave me a quote at $1,600. I got my jeep back today and it runs great! They were not only very professional but they were kind and had awesome customer service. They explained everything to me in detail and also called me with updates. I’m so happy with my experience with them. If you need your vehicle repaired for an honest price then these are your guys!!!

They did a great job putting tires on Highlander then replaced breaks on RAM. More than happy with what, how and time frame of their service.

Everyone there was super helpful and respectful. They stopped what they were doing and talked to us about our options before doing anything else, showing me that there was no shenanigans at hand. They even went into their break room and got my wife a diet coke when the vending machine robbed her. The whole experience was great overall, the only reason it wasnt a 5 star review is that nobody likes spending money on their cars when they are only a couple years old.

Had an appointment to get my trucks alignment done. 45 minutes later was told due to 2 bolts put in backwards that they can’t align it. I Called LP Anderson and told them what was wrong, and was told they could align it they would just have to use wrenches and not a impact gun.. so was denied service because a mechanic didn’t want to use wrenches! Unbelievable..

I called the day before we started a holiday road trip and the got us in for a bearing repair. During the appointment I realize we needed a rotation as well and they got that in too!But what really impresses me is their service manager, Russ. He sat with an older woman who needed a new alternator. He told her youre going to need a new battery soon as a result, but I know that would be a big hit right now. He didnt push it at all, but made it clear it would be necessary.Thats how you can tell youre working with good people.Just hey fellas, remember to turn the automatic headlights back on when youre done!

They were very helpful. My son had a flat that could not be fixed and size of tire is hard to find. They found one and got it on in less than an hour. Where every other place wouldnt help because of it being Christmas Eve!

We are at Houston replicable transportation company that had two blow outs this morning this company came and changed our tires out for 492.00 30 miles down the road his tire blew and caused my rim damage I agreed to pay a fair price for the rim and tire and this guy was trying to charge me 1000 Dollars highway robbery I do not recommend you calling or using this company for any services that you need to do to Automotive or Truck

Drill bit punctured a tire. They checked it out quickly and were able to repair it.So thankful for their honesty and quick service

These guys are always on it! Expect prompt tire service whether its for an appointment for new tires or an emergency stop due to an unexpected nail or 2 after a dump run. They even have used inventory available for that unexpected ruined tire that just wasnt in the budget. These guys do it right the first time, every time. Theyve proven themselves over and over.

They took care of my tire issues quickly, at a cheap rate and quoted me affordable prices for future winter tire options. I am very happy with the service.Also, they sell tubes for river floating.

I called another business about a set of tires, they didnt have anything on hand in the size I needed. So they took my name & number and said theyd call me back the next day. After over a week of waiting I called Staleys and they had tires in the size I needed on hand and got me scheduled for the soonest opening. Showed up and they got the new set on and had me back on my way in less than an hour. Staleys will be my go to shop from now on!

The sevice was great! It was clean inside and out. The people working in the garage was super friendly and the price was fair for or tire repair. We own a 2013 Mini Cooper Countrymen and we are very picky about whom we let work on it. European Performance recommened them. GREAT CHOICE!

I have been going to Staleys for 20 years. They do not recommend unnecessary products or work. They are definitely pro customer vs wanting your money. I have been told several times when they believe I do not yet need new tires or work done to my vehicles. Wry honest, very trustworthy.

Went in this morning for a pair of tires but my rim was toast, they set me up with a whole new set of tires and rims with no charge to me today (financed) friendly service, they even sent pictures before putting on the wheels to make sure I liked them. Recommend strongly.

The people working here are very polite and knowledgeable. The also do a very good job repairing whatever needs to be repaired.

Location is easy to find. Customer care and service is efficient & friendly. Comfortable waiting area available with tv, popcorn, restrooms and beverage options from water & coffee to a soda vending machine. Only comment would be that the service area for an alignment is different from the tire service area but they took care of that and it was no inconvenience. Pleased with their professional service.

They are so friendly and helpful here! I needed to find a harder-to-get tire for my car, and they went above and beyond to look for it. They didnt end up having it, which I had expected due to the tire being uncommon, but they were prompt, courteous, and helpful. Easy five stars.

Wouldn’t Do an alignment saying I need parts I just replaced more than once and told me my ball joint was coming and out showed me the way my wheel moved when clearly it was my wheel baring going out and not my brand new parts... clearly they couldn’t do an alignment with the wheel bearing going out but they clearly didn’t know what they were talking about

My friend had purchased a new set of tires and had one go flat on him. He drove it a block to get back to his house and once we were able to bring the tires in and explained that he had driven a block on it, all of the employees in the office snickered at him and told him he ruined a perfectly fixable tire. Their entire staff in the office at the time made us both feel incredibly stupid and uncomfortable. He told me when he went to pick up the truck the guy that finished the trasnaction said, oh, youre that guy...Take your business to tire rama. They respect their customers.
