There prices is very competitive. I shopped around and these guys beat them all. Now the savings were not crazy lower than the next lowest competitor, but when compared to the other guys, you get premium coverage at a price that beats everyone else.2. This is big with me... when you call them on the phone, they answer. That’s right a real person, not a recording saying press 1 for this problem, press 2 for this problem... Lord please just shoot me, I HATE these automated answering services. J.M. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful to work with. I live in Texas and had to deal with family estates in Billings that included two different houses and two different cars (and only one car had insurance at the time). She was able to get me coverage for both properties and both cars at reasonable rates and worked extensively with me over the last approximately 9 months. I just cancelled the last insurance policy with her as we were able to finally sell all of the assets that needed insurance. It really saved me a lot of time in dealing with these estates to have just one person to call instead of multiple different insurance agencies. Jennifer was always very prompt in her response and I am so grateful to have been directed her way (from another insurance agent who was unable to help me!).
