We took our car in for a quote and they were able to do it within 20 minutes on the day I took the car to them. After the insurance was settled, they ordered the parts and set up an appointment for the repair after the parts had arrived. The work was done in the time promised and everything was very professional all the way through the process by giving us updates on the progress of the work. Our car was even detailed at the very end. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend American Auto Body.

Edit. These people talk down on you when you call them out on their BS. They will make you feel as if their poor quality in work is somehow your fault. The really like to lie to your face and then act like they are doing you a favor fixing their mistakes. Pictures speak for themselves. These are just a few examples of their fine craftsmanship.

American Auto Body did excellent work repairing my wifes vehicle. They were professional and courteous. They communicated well throughout the process and the vehicle was returned to us on time! Ready earlier than promised so we didn’t have to rent a car over a nonproductive weekend! Brooke and the rest of the staff are all pleasant and helpful. We had hail damage 8 days after buying a new car and it looks new again. This is the shop to go to if you ever need work done!

It’s the best auto body shop I’ve ever used. They did a fantastic job fixing the deer collision damage and touched up a couple of adjacent dings free if charge while they were at it!

Communication was bad and my car was fixed horrible. I have never been to a body shop that has fixed my car sloppy. Then my car wouldnt start on the pickup of my vehicle. Stay away they are not good!!!!!!! It was a terrible experience.

Quick, professional, clean!

Needed repairs done on the Front end of a 2010 Chevy Traverse. Nose Cone, Headlights, Grille and Hood. Plus parts not visible. All Work was Excellent. Parts and paint work were 5 star. Done about a month ago and Have not had to return for further repairs. They Missed Nothing. Wade did a Spectacular Job Dealing with the other drivers insurance Company. If I ever need body work done in the future, American Auto Body is where I will go.

Worst auto body shop in town. Quoted me a $285 job for a dent & scrapping on my tire from a hit & run & I even specifically mentioned those were my major concerns & I only had $500 to put towards it & what do they charge me? $1,500. On top of it they were going to charge me for minor cosmetic damages that they didnt even fix until I called them out. Told me it would take 4-5 business days to get done & didnt even fix all the problems & ended up taking 6 days & they even told me they were running behind & messed up their notes on repairs meanwhile I have other finances to care for. They broke my wiper blade & had to replace it & the receptionist was rude to me when I was calling for updates or information, highly dont recommend.

I have had 2 vehicles completely re-done by American Auto Body after SERIOUS hail damage. The process was very smooth. These people are so awesome. They got me in for a quote very quickly, and scheduled me an appointment for the next week. The told me my car would take 4 to 5 days, and it took 3. They cleaned the outside AND inside of my car, and did a fabulous job on replacing my front fender and the lining under my car. The people are so friendly, and it was such a seamless process. When you get hit, it can be stressful. They took all the stress and worry out of it. I 100% recommend them, and will always use them in the future!

Excellent shop. My wife and I have gone back to Tony and the American Auto Body crew for now the 3rd and 4th time, this time for extensive hail damage on our Lexus and Dodge truck. Quality of paint, bodywork and followup on details like the replacement of clear-bra were excellent. I highly recommend this shop!

The people here are very nice. They did whatever it took to accommodate me and my hectic schedule. The estimate only took a few minutes, they scheduled my car for just a few days later. They estimated 3 days and got it done early. My new car looked and ran like new again. Not only did they fix it they totally detailed my entire car. I highly recommend these guys.

I could not have asked for a better body shop to work with! When someone hit my car and ran off, American Auto body worked one on one with the insurance company and I didnt have to pay a dime out of pocket! They updated me by sending me emails on the progress, and made the process the easiest process I have ever had to deal with concerning my vehicle. AMERICAN AUTO BODY IS TERRIBLE!!I was involved in a wreck 6/11 and my car was taken to American Auto Body for repair. While there they had to replace custom vinyl and a clear bra I specifically asked them to have it put on my Kenny Allen Vinyl because when Auto Trim did it the first time they did it terrible and I had to have Kenny Allen Vinyl redo it. They went behind my back and my wishes and had Auto Trim do it and lied to my insurance and said Kenny Allen quoted higher and they never even spoke with him, to add to this when my car was brought in I had a small crack (rock chip) on front window. When picking it up this was now cobwebbed out all while they had it in there possession they claimed that the high heat this summer (it has not even been hot) is the cause of the cobweb and refused to replace it even though it was not brought in with that much damage. A new window with the graphics on it is $770 plus the tint job. Terrible Customer Service. Sad I have brought 4 cars to them and now they treat a returning customer so poor.

My daughter was in an accident 10/17/16 and took her Jeep to American Auto Body on 10/28/16 for an estimate of damages. The repairs were scheduled to begin on 4/3/17. When she arrived on 3/31/17, she was informed that whoever had set up the job had made a mistake and the repairs were not to be done. She had called on a couple of occasions to see if parts could be ordered in advance, and was never told anything about her vehicle not being repaired until the day she thought she was dropping it off. Somewhere during this time frame she should have been notified. We will gladly take our business elsewhere, and if we would have known her vehicle could have been fixed by now. Perhaps communication is not one of American Auto Bodys priorities.

I hit a deer in May of 2017 and was referred to American Auto Body by my insurer USAA. The staff was rude from the get go. When I was finally able to schedule an appointment they kept my truck for three weeks. When I picked the truck up they tried to make me pay and sign without seeing the repairs. When I walked out to the truck there was still scratches that had not been fixed. When I told them they got very defensive. I spoke to my insurance and they said they would have to fix it. American Auto body claimed to be to busy to get my truck in at the time so I began trying to schedule another appointment. This has been going on for two months now. They dont return phone calls or emails and then blame the customer. I wish there was a rating lower than one star. Whatever you do DONT take your vehicle to American Auto Body for repairs!!!!

Would definitely agree with other reviews that communication is not great, along with poor follow-through, and owner receptionist could use some better customer service skills.

Informed me they could help me with my insurance company and then 3 months later when they finally called for repairs completely changed their story.

My husband took his truck in at 4:00 pm on Monday night and they said they would have it ready the following morning and have an estimate. When he arrived there at noon they hadnt touched it. He said he would take his business elsewhere as he was in a time crunch. As he was commenting to his friend the receptionist proceeded to grill him regarding if he was an Auto Body technician and then told him it would take days to find out if it was totaled out. It was very obvious that the truck was not drivable. He took it down the street to Hanks Auto Body and they told him it was totalled and gave an estimate within 5 minutes. Unfortunate that the receptionist ruined all our future business with this company.

One of the worst company you can get your car to get repaired. Dont waste your time. Find a different company.
