Reached out about an available unit and got an automated email encouraging us to hurry and apply because units go quickly. My wife and I both applied, spending $80. It has been almost a week now and still nobody has returned our calls, voicemails, or emails. I’m afraid we just lost $80 and time and energy spent on the application....upsetting and frustrating.

Worst group of people I have ever dealt with. Completely unprofessional. Would not return calls, emails, even certified letters. Never got my deposit back. ANY other option is better than these folks.

Started out great. But come to find they are NEVER in their office, and you can never get ahold of them. Upon moving out they charged $1,500 on top of the deposit. The place looked better upon move out then when I moved in. Claimed I smoked inside, not a smoker. They are a joke. Save the money they WILL charge you when you leave.

Inquired about availability with several of their apartment units. This business will *never* answer your phone calls or voicemails and you’ll be lucky to get a response back. Very unprofessional, happy to have avoided renting.

Ive been renting from WRB for 2 years. Theyre by far the best rental company Ive rented from. They are very responsive, and the property is well kept. If I have a problem, I can Paul and he makes it right. So happy to have found them!

I saw an apartment. I would like too see. Its out of my price range. By the reviews I read. Its seems I would not spend my time with company. I feel for you people out there. What a waste of time and money. Ill pass on it. Plus I called twice and got disconnected. Call back then put on hold. Then u get the voicemail. What are we paying for. We got lazy people here.

I thought you guys are so nice until I moved out, you guys wouldn’t even bother to answer any of my calls or voice mail. Im so angry the fact you guys charged me so much that I didn’t even do , How can you charge somebody when the damage was there before I even moved in. You guys are joke and fake af!! If anyone is trying to rent place don’t even bother to rent from this guys!!! Look somewhere else! I really regret it

After having worked with We Rent Billings for a period of time, I am extremely immpressed with how hard this company works for both its property owners and for their tenants. Good work. Keep it up!

Loved my rental, hated having to move! They got me in my apartment so fast...thank god!! Minor problems, but they handled everything in a timely manner. I would definitely call them if I moved back to the area. Thank you We Rent Billings!!

Rented one of there properties for 2 years, Paul the maintiance/property manager was always honest with me and fixed any issues I had ranging from a new stove, and discounting my rent when the apartment started flooding. Always honest and worked with me on 30 day notice when my closing was delayed when I was moving out. Would recommend!

At first this rental company seemed really awesome and friendly, but then after they told me I was approved for a rental they took that back and said they were still waiting on a rental history call back, and that they would get back to me that night... That was last week Wednesday! I called them multiple times, left voicemails, emails and then I even went to their office! The first time no one was there, but then I decided to try again because I really wanted this place. The second time someone was actually there but she was not much help at all... it doesn’t seem like they care enough about their future tenants to return calls or even get them in the rental they wanted. I’m really disappointed

I’m a current tenant and honestly We Rent Billings is the worst rental agency I’ve ever dealt with they are non responsive and if they do it’s a while later. and will NOT keep their word. ....would not recommend

Not too quick on repairs but I can say that they worked with us when we fell behind on our rent, they were more patient than other rent companies Ive had to deal with. Any other company would have evicted us long ago but they were patient and very cooperative in our fincancial situation at that time. I would recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars I would, almost certainly is a scam 3 days from move in day they told us the person could stay there another 30 days. Did not return one phone call 3 days prior to telling us that we wouldn’t be able to move into the apartment we were already approved for! I really hope this review saves people the hassle and headaches that this horrendous company has caused us over the last few weeks! Save your application fee because they’re just going to pocket it and move on to the next person.
