I understand my girlfriends shirt was inappropriate for kids, which there were none, but for you to confront her and get an apology, then continue to corner her away from me to rant and rave is too much, thats why I had to step in. Mikes one star is a compliment. I give myself 5 stars for standing up for decency. His girlfriends shirt had at least six 2-word phrases all starting with the F word. This occurred in a family setting of a Chinese buffet. She was on one side of the two-sided food island when I said something to her. What I said was I am offended by your shirt. If I had children with me, I would have to cover their eyes. She did apologize. Mike then said, This is a free country and she can wear what ever she wants. That is true and that is why my father and so many more fought in WWII and wars before and after. I also have the right to say something. Mike also said, There are no children in here. That was true as is was after 9 p.m. However, not more than 10 minutes after they left, 2 families with 5 children walked in!!!! Mike claims that he needed to step in because I cornered his girlfirend. I did go around the island to get food from the other side that she was on but was never closer than 10 feet from either of them. I did not move toward her. The final encounter I had with him in the place was he that he was looking at me as I walked to my table and I told him, Keep your mouth shut. He then called me from outside because he surmised that the business pickup outside was mine. He then had to flex his internet muscles and say he was going to post a negative review about me. I texted him to be sure to describe what was on his significant others shirt that I found so offensive. He was not specific in that regard. Mike is not a customer and this was not a business encounter. I hope if his girlfriend wears that shirt out in public again, other people will confront her.
