I’m a repeat customer of Salemi Exteriors and highly recommend them. Several years ago they did the roof and siding for a garage I had built in Wilmington. They’re work was excellent and they were great to deal with. In 2021, it was time to replace the original roof on my main house. I called them and from the estimate to the clean up, things couldn’t have gone better. Salemi Exteriors is top notch!

I had 3 local, reputable contractors estimate the job for roof shingle and skylight replacement. Steves estimate was slightly lower than the other 2 even though I had him upgrade the shingles. During the course of estimating, setting up the job and completing the job I called his cell phone 6 times. He answered every time. The entire job was completed in 1 day. The dumpster was in my driveway for less than 24 hours. The job site was as neat when they finished as it was when they started. I found two issues with the work, as Im somewhat particular, and he was out to fix it within 3 days.HOW CAN YOU DO ANY BETTER THAN THAT?

Great company give you a fair price and did a great job

Steve and his crew did my siding and new windows. He came out within days to quote and a few days later to take window measurements. They were on the job in a couple of weeks time. What was supposed to take 5 days took 4. These guys WORKED. Everyone at my house was courteous and very professional. Jeff was inside framing the windows and kept me very informed on the progress. I couldnt be happier with the work these guys did. I would highly recommend this company. Steve will be my only call when its time to get a new roof in a few years.

We contacted Steve about a month ago for a job that Habitat was doing for an elderly widow in Billerica. Her husband passed away in April and she desperately needed some work done on her home, which she wanted to stay in. Habitats critical repair program is a perfect program for this. So we contacted Steve. He immediately went out and got the necessary certification to work with Habitat, got us a very reasonable quote, made time in his schedule and worked with the woman to get just the right color for her roof. Once we were ready to go, he was on it and finished the job in 2 days, cleaned up everything, took some pictures, got a big hug from the homeowner and made the project seamless for all of us involved. He did a great job, worked well with the customer and with Habitat and was extremely pleasant and responsive. We would highly recommend him for any roofing needs!

Steve’s crew stripped, sheeted (plywood), papered, shingled and repaired a damaged gutter and trim in 1 day to include removing dumpster- epitome of professionalism. Thank you guys
