This is one of the most professionally run repair shops I have ever been to. I dealt with Dan at the front desk he had my tire repaired quickly and under the estimated cost. I could not recommend them enough

Happy Monday! Flat tire, broken valve stem. They were able to fix it quickly and get me to work asap. Appreciate the urgently. However, the lobby and waiting area smells heavily like cigarettes. Someone should look to that. Feel like I got cancer in exchange for tire repair. Pouring rain, so couldnt and shouldnt wait outside.

Jon hooked me up! I really dont know much about cars or tires. He suggested a winter capable tire to me. He took the time to really help me understand why this was my best option. I did not feel like he over sold the product or gave me anything i did not need. He was wonderful. He was able to fit me in the schedule with little notice.This will forever be my tire shop!!! So I slid into a curb during a big snowstorm and had to replace one of my tires. I went in to Towne Fair Tire in Billerica and Jon was so kind and helpful and didn’t try to oversell. After discussing with Jon, I decided that I should just bite the bullet and replace all my tires. He showed me the options, explained the benefits of each tire and didn’t try to pressure me to buy the highest price tire. Service was great, incredibly quick and I would highly recommend them. Highly recommend! I had a flat tire one morning. I called to make an appointment to get a tire service (I had bought 4 tires at Town Fair Tire the year before, and had a warranty). Spoke to Dan, who was honest and kind. There were no open appointment spots open that day, so he recommended I go to a nearby shop to get a patch so I could drive my car for the day, and then booked me at Town Fair Tire for the next morning to check out the tire against my warranty. Dan helped me, and service was quick and speedy at Town Fair Tire. He took my receipt from the other shop and submitted it to Town Fair Tire corporate for a refund for me, which came in the mail about 2 weeks later. He also put on a new tire (per my warranty). Great experience, and again, would highly recommend!

Though getting a flat tire is not a fun experience, Town Fair Tire is a very pleasantly, professionally run establishment which made for me, a much less traumatic event. Great price, quick installation, and great customer service. I went back for the torque check and got in right away. My husbands car needs tires, and well definitely be getting them here. Sorry to say Ive been using town fair tire for years now for wheels and tires for the family vehicles and always had a great experience with the old staff and enjoyed the convenient location. Unfortunately things have changed. The new staff brushed me off and would not contact and/or confirm a tire manufacturer still makes a specific tire I ordered from them two years ago. They explained it was not in their system. It was not in their system two years ago either but the old staff were able to get them for me-Interesting. They said if its not in the system it doesnt exist. Well come to find out- it does, and has been around forever (because its very popular from a popular brand, Goodyear). I even showed them the tire and model number on the manufacturers website and that it was available to purchase but they said its probably discontinued and quickly sent me out the door. Wow, ok. So I contacted the manufacturer directly to make sure this very popular tire model is still available- Of course they are. So I purchased them and proceeded to make an appointment to have them installed at a Goodyear service center instead (For an even better price for the tires, labor and service). Im now a former good customer to town fair tire because I cant stand being brushed off by a company over a slight inconvenience to confirm something so simple in the margins of what their company does for a living. So if you need something from them that doesnt make them go out of their way for you, their service has always been fine. In my case they just made it impossible to do business with them and theyd rather lose a longtime customer than be inconvenienced. Fine by me.

Very pleasant visit, the waiting room is nice with hot coffee, also have monitor which allow you to see your car being work on in real time.Inground alignment bay for lowered car, great pricing. Bonus!!!Ethan was a great consultant, went above and beyond for the service.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Brought my car in for new tires and left with all four rims scratched. Never heard back from head of customer service either. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Attitude or Arrogance ? i strongly think boys in back do the great job, that is what my 2 stars here for. but in front, they are busy no doubt, but that doesnt mean you do not respect your customer, answer them arrogantly. Not all but one of them surely has an attitude that he might need to show somewhere else and not at work. I am not sure it might was a resist attitude as well, but you guys need to understand your business runs with all types of people. Just wait for one competition in neighborhood and see how fast you will go down with this attitude. Please start talking nicely to your customers, is the advice.

I didnt have an appointment, but I called before I drove down to make sure they would be available for a tire rotation and front wheel alignment. When I get there, Im told they can do the rotation but there are 6 people ahead of me before I could get an alignment, so they wont be able to do that before close. Ill go to a different one next time. At least the tire rotation was quick.

Will never waste my money and time there again. My rims were filled with dirt and my check engine light went on when I drove down the Street. Not to mention waiting over 5 hours.

I made an appointment for 1:30 and so I arrived on time but by 3:30 I noticed that my car still hadnt made it into the shop yet so I inquired about the status and was told that they were having some type of issue and it would be a while longer but they never decided to actually tell anybody that until I asked. Please communicate better so customers can make an informed decision to wait or not.Updated: Dan, the manager, reached out to me and invited me back so I took him up on the offer and have been back twice so far with much better results. Kudos

I went to this town fair tire few months ago, had my tires replaced, came back for a leak. they fixed my valve stem. Recently had to fill up my tires and noticed all 4 of my Toyota Wheel locks lug nuts werent put back on. I would never recommend this place. They are not to be trusted at this location.

I would say this place is ok, the general manager is nice, the second manager the bald guy is not at all, he doesnt pay attention to what you say to him and thats really annoying, I went there once to get new tires and then when they were ready he told me they dont put the wheels on the car and that I had to do it myself and thats just a lie cause with the other guy Jose I got the service, Jose is a nice person and helpful. Over all they do their job but the place is always busy and is hard to get attended cause of the amount of work. They lost one of my life nuts and the tires were getting flat so many times, after all the work seems to be done right I hope for a long time not for a couple weeks like before.

I’ve been here 4 times and every time, the staff is nice, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. I live in a neighbor hood filled with construction right now and have had to come back twice to get tires replaced because of nails/screws. Today, I came back for the second time, also in the middle of a big life change and was having difficulty paying for my new replacement. Dan worked with me and was very sympathetic, kind and patient with me and helped lower the cost so that I could afford to get the tire replaced. I can’t see this happening anywhere else. I couldn’t believe it when he told me I was good to go. He doesn’t know me and could easily have turned me away, like many places nowadays do. I’m thankful that I came to this location and had the experience that I did. Thank you!!

I was so dissapointed when i trusted someone with my car key here to go fix my tire and they went away with my $200 from the co-drivers seat that i had covered with an apron,thinking its safe😥.Iam a poor waitress and it takes me a few weeks to raise such a small amount out of tooth and nail,and someone just takes it like that!.When the cop came,i was told their cameras dont record,meaning its my loss.Cant get over it.😥So be careful.Leave no penny in your car!

I went in to have my lug nuts re torqued ( like 15 seconds a tire) the guy up front tells me he’d get a torque wrench if there wasn’t an available technician... Well 20 minutes of standing there and I finally say something because he was just laughing casually with his friend he snaps and says “ you have to wait on a technician” so apparently some people aren’t even qualified to tighten lug nuts there. Absolutely terrible service. The Town Fair in North Nashua,NH is amazing the one in Billerica, Ma is God awful.

Called ahead and was able to walk in and get tires rotated, balanced, and wheel alignment in about an hour and a half. Free internet allowed me to work during the wait. The shimmy i had around 70mph disappeared after the service.

These guys are pretty good but the wait is horrendous. I came in first thing in the am, was 1 of 3 people and 1 of those 3 was dropping it off for the day. 1 of 2 cars in that 6 Bay garage. 2 hours later its 1 of 4 in the garage and nobody is working on it. We are changing two tires, not performing surgery.

Fast service, screens telling approximate time to start to completion and a camera to see the garage where your car is being worked on.

Good service at a fair price. Best if you have an appointment. Once you buy a tyre from them, repairs for flats are very cheap.

They are friendly. They are expensive. I was influenced to get tires that were not my original make. After I purchased them, I was told they couldnt remove a bolt. I would have to go see a mechanic. Shouldnt tire people have equipment to do every thing they need to do to get a tire aligned. After I went to the mechanic & spent more money, I was told by TFT that they couldnt properly align the tire because the tire is a non Subaru manufacturer that does not specify a rear camber adjustment.

Over inflated the 2 rear tires, one 47,5psi and the other 39psi, front tires 23psiand 29psi, my car recommended 32psi, I told them and they told me maybe was one of the new technicians, really? No body’s check this “new technician?

Bought my tires there last year and all the guys there are super helpful. Went in with low air and caps rusted on this morning. They got them off, put air in, new caps and got me out in under 5 minutes, and made my train to work. THANK YOU!!

Disappointed in Fitchburg MA location. Complete RIP off. Never honored my alignment special with my tire purchase because no alignment mechanics. Smh... And the manager had the nerve to act like he was doing me a favor because it was a special. $500 Tires were pos and only lasted 25000 easy miles. All done with town fair tire.

I recently wrote a review about Town Fair Tire and have changed my opinion. The gentleman Ethan at the Billerica location could not have been more helpful. Not only did they do my alignment but i was in and out in 15 mins. His was also nice enough to refund me the money for my alignment for the inconvenience i was put through to have to come back. Called the night before to schedule an appointment for my wifes car. The woman said it wasnt necessary to just come right in & they would take care of us. It took 7 hrs before the car was ready after dropping it off at 8:30 am. After the car was done upon getting in there was grease all over the drivers seat & center console.....very disappointed!

Great staff, selection & service. My first choice for tire work

If 0 stars were an option I would have chosen it. I found the Tire Technicians skills to be a joke. I was called back several times to address issues of tires supposedly fused to the truck and for lugs allegedly stripped when they said they didnt even remove them. They even went as far to tell me to go to a competetor to have the wheels torched off. I was able to not only remove the tires but remove the rusty lugs they said were stripped and clean them ike they should have done. BTW Im not a tech. I would be hesitant to o there for free tires. Unbelievably incompetent.

Not sure if this is a fair rating. I purchased a new set of tires from them about 2 months ago. They were the last people to service my car. I went in to jiffy lube this morning for an oil change, and tire rotation, and the service tech brought it to my attention that one of the lug nuts is missing from my rear tire. This means that the service tech who did my new tires did not torque them good enough, or just did not put it on? either way this is unacceptable for a place that specializes in tires only!!

I made an appointment and showed up on time, and they didn’t even touched my car after 1+1/2 hours - poor service and this is not the first time- they price might be good but you can have any other tire place to match the price and get better service!!

Just a simple tire swap for my winter tires. They put them on half assed. Brought my car to the shop cuz it was making a funny noise.180$ later I found the noise was coming from my rims and I just needed to tighten a bolt. These ppl are lazy and should not be trusted.

Would have put 0 stars but you cant... These guys are incompetent.Brought car in for new tires, they removed one wheel and due to anti-seeze on the hub and studs, they refused to service the car.The manager also tried to overblow the safety concerns stating that the lug studs has been damaged (stretched) due to the anti-seeze (bull s*it), where typically the problem is the monkey with the impact gun over torques the lug nuts by like 500%. Additionally they stated the lugs nuts we not the right size for the rims... Yet they came with the car from the oem mfg....Ultimately I took the car to another shop who tested and measured the studs, lug nuts, and everything else and started the was no issue at all and did the original work Town Fair refused to do.Basically, avoid this place unless you are buying tires and getting them mounted elsewhere.

My wife got two flat tires in Tyngsboro at the same time. Good Grief. I took them to be repaired at Town Fair Nashua. Even though i wasnt a customer, they didnt charge me to fix them. I became a loyal customer of their Billerica shop now. Flats are still free and so isnt tire rotation.

I had an appointment at the danvers store to have 4 new tires installed which were pre ordered. Upon arrival at the store they only had 3 tires on hand and no eta or location on 4th tire,was told will call when it comes in .so now having taken the day off from work i was a little aggravated . After returning home i called and left a msg with customer service. I was refered to the Billerica store and was helped by Ethan rivard who advised my tire had come into the danvers store ( which i never received a call from danvers ) and that they would not be able to get my tires on today. Which is when Ethan stepped in and had his guy go get the tires and got me in to Billerica to get them put on. When i got to Billerica Ethan was pleasent and courteous, he advised me of a different tire i should go with and explained in detail the benefits over the orginal tires ordered . He then had them mounted and an alignment in a timely manner. Very pleased with ethans service, and the Billerica store.

Went here a month ago for a snow tire changeover and alignment. I made an appointment early on a Saturday and was told that it would take 1.5-2hrs. I was hoping it wouldnt take that long but decided to just run across the street to do some shopping. Luckily, I ended up getting a text an hour later that it was done.

Great place to go for tires and rotations
