Marshall’s Autobody was recommended to me by a co-worker of mine. I went to go pick up my car yesterday and I was so happy that I wanted to cry! Marshalls Autobody did great work on my car after it was in 2 accidents, dealt with both claims simultaneously with no issue, kept me informed throughout, and arranged for my rental with no thought needed on my end. In addition, the interior came back spotless, which was a great surprise as I have 2 children and no further explanation is needed there. Very impressed and will use them again.

Brought my sons car in as the door had become hyperextended due to a collision and would no longer close correctly (was hanging down about 3 inches). Assumed I was in line for a multi-thousand dollar fix. Guy comes out to take a look at the damage, runs back into the garage and comes out with a tool designed to work on this type of problem. Two minutes later has the door closing correctly and sends me on my way free of charge. I ask him if I can at least buy the team a coffee and he says no need. Least I can do is give them a bug thumbs up in terms of courtesy and service. I will definitely bring my next car in need of auto body work back here. Great guys.

I read on-line good things about Marshall’s Auto Body from local Billerica residents and when I mentioned them to two friends, they also said that they heard great things about them. They kept me informed about the work being done on my car every step of the way. When I picked up the car, it looked like it was brand new. Not only did they fix the damage from my accident but the car was so clean, it looked like it had been detailed. They also gave me a gallon of windshield washer! Nice surprise! I would highly recommend Marshall’s to anyone looking to have work done on their car. They have great cookies too! 😄

When I was in a car accident I used Marshalls Autobody Experts to repair my car and they were amazing! They answered all my questions, advocated for me with my insurance company, and really took great care of me and my car. They were professional and caring. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Disappointing. Refused to speak to insurance co re: additions to appraisal, did not complete all repairs I requested. Difficult and would not use again. I was warned and didnt listen.5/5 error on my part. Posted on the wrong Marshalls. Until I can get it removed please ignore this review and use them for your car repairs. Sorry folks!!

The ladies and gents at Marshalls were so good. They went above and beyond to fix my vehicle. They coordinated payments were made by insurance. Super convenient was the pick up of the rental right there and they even brought my car to the dealership to fix the recalls while waiting for parts to come in. Marc was awesome. Marshalls does an excellent job at auto body repair. Their work and customer service team are the best in the area in my opinion. They communicate each week with an update. My wifes Jeep Renegade suffered severe damage after being rear ended. This car is her baby , I thought it would never be the same. First off Karen is wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. Admittedly I can be a very tough customer as I demand excellence. Excellence is exactly what I got. Jim Marshall is top notch. He personally attended to a concern of mine and made every attempt to make sure I was satisfied. He assured me that if I had any concerns in the future he would make them right. I had a small dent repaired on a leased car. The repair came out perfectly. No sign of a dent at all.

Excellent experience. The staff (especially Karen) was friendly, helpful and professional. Most important, my car looks great. I especially appreciate the expert detailing that followed the repairs and has my car looking the best its looked since we drove it home from the showroom. Being able to pick up and drop-off the rental car on-site was also a bonus. They even gave me a bag of (delicious) cookies when I picked the car up. I cant say enough about Marshalls Auto Body. I brought my new car down for an assessment. It had been scratched. Christian looked at it and said because of its location it would need extensive work. Sensing my frustration, he said let me try something. It came out looking like new. He didnt have to do that, but Marshalls has always gone above and beyond. I would recommend them without reservation. They are the best.

Best place for body work for miles around. Been purchasing vehicles, having them repaired, detailed, and serviced for about 40 years now, since I was just driving. I now live about an hour away but still make the trip. Its a old fashion...We want to make you happy...Kind of place.

Ive had two cars towed to Marshalls over the years, both times I have been impressed by the excellent customer service. Both times the car ended up being totalled, so I havent actually ever paid for service. Its their honest assessment of the cars and concern for us as customers that stands out.

Brought my Lexus for front end repair to Marshall’s Auto Body because it’s one of Commerce Insurance’s preferred repair shops located nearby to Concord and has good online reviews. Anyone who knows me will tell you I’m a perfectionist who is very rarely totally satisfied with service providers, but I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and quality of work at Marshall’s. Their courteous and professional team handled everything from appraising the damage, arranging a rental car, and (most importantly) returning my vehicle to me on-time and in flawless condition. When I picked-up my car, the interior was cleaner than when I dropped it off (and the cookies were much appreciated by my kids)! Getting into an auto accident is always a huge hassle, but Marshall’s Auto Body made an annoying situation as easy and pleasant as possible.

The job was done extremely well and I am very happy with it.

My car may as well have been brand new on the inside. So pleased.Review update: the above review was done a year ago after I was rear-ended, and I was rear-ended again in March 2019! There was no question I was going back to Marshalls Autobody, and they again did not disappoint. My car was perfectly fixed and vacuumed, and I always love the cookies! I cant recommend them enough.

I recently took my truck to Marshalls to repair a small spot of rust that I saw, not only was the price reasonable, but they found the problem on the other side and repaired that also. It was done in three days and delivered to me completely clean. This is a business that hasnt forgotten the meaning of service. My thanks to Jim and his entire staff.

I recently had my 13 year old Honda Accord damaged by a hit and run in a parking lot. My insurance company suggested Mashalls, So after having a Fantastic experience with them in the past, I drove right out to them! They were So Incredibly Helpful And Supportive. They Assured me from the day I arrived that they would take care of everything, right down to the rental being delivered when I was dropping my car off to them. Today I picked my car up and I was So Very Thankful And Greatful!!! I was greeted by the owner Jim when I arrived, he had Huge Smile And while introducing himself, thanked me and gave me a home made batch of cookies!! Then I went out to my car and realized how much More, Above And Beyond they Went!!! My car was not only repaired, my older dim head lights were replaced, my car was professionally cleaned inside and outside and they had given me a new ice scraper and air freshener!! Like most of us, I work my butt off day in and day out to live the life I want. I take pride in the things I own; especially the things I have worked so hard for. So, after many years of trial and error with vehicles I did not necessarily care for, I finally saved up enough for a car I truly care about. This car was a mint, one owner, special edition car that I had my eyes on for quite a while. Then in less than one year of ownership, I had an uninsured driver back up into my car carelessly.I had never been in an accident before in the almost ten years I have been driving. While not major, this accident was a whole new experience for me, and I was very nervous that I was not going to be taken care of correctly. The model of my car is not unique, but trim and parts it came with from the factory are (being a limited run edition car).We all hear the horror stories about going to a mechanic or autobody shop and getting worked over, getting treated poorly, or expectations not being met. So, I did my research and I had heard from a few of my peers that Marshalls Autobody Experts was a great place to check out. After dealing with an appraiser from my insurance company, I brought my car to Marshall’s, and I got an estimate for the damages.The most important part about this estimate that I liked was the fact that I did not have to tell the man looking over my car what needed fixing. Without telling him, he listed all the parts and repairs that had to be addressed. He saw both the minor and major details that needed to be addressed, and nothing was left unaccounted for. He knew that the parts I needed were unique, and he assured me that it would all be taken care of. I was sold. Mind you, this was after my insurance company’s appraiser tried to put the wrong, cheaper parts on my car. Marshall’s saw right through their nonsense.Marshall’s was booked a couple weeks out initially with appointments, so I had to wait a couple weeks to get my car in for repairs. This was fine because I have another car, and I was not in a major rush to fix my other car (all the damages were cosmetic, and my car could still drive if needed).Fast forward a few weeks later, I went to pick up my car. Before going into Marshall’s office, I observed my car in the lot to give it a thorough look-over. I figured that it was wise to evaluate my own car and the repairs before someone else guided me through what had been done (to catch any issues or inconsistencies; if there were any present). Every single aspect of my car had been returned to factory quality. They used the right parts, the correct paint code for my car (mine is slightly different from the normal, grey color this car comes in), and every little detail was accounted for (like re-applying the clear bra on my car, and a small crack on a panel under the hood).I then went in, paid my bill, and happily received the keys to my car. Marshall’s even sent me home with a goodie bag and a survey to fill out about their performance. Going forward, I will always come here for autobody repairs. I cannot recommend this place enough, and its worth coming here to have your car taken care of the right way. Don’t let your insurance company work you over and don’t settle to sub-par repairs. These guys really know their stuff and they know how to treat the customers they serve.

I had asked friends and neighbors about Marshalls Autobody Experts and recieved all positive remarks. I was impressed from the minute I turned into the parking lot, I was greeted in a very professional and friendly manner, while in the office I met Jim Marshall and after he checked my car he put me at ease about my car repair. My rental car was ordered through Marshalls and was waiting for me when I dropped my car off to be repaired. The job was completed before the date suggested, repair was pefect and my car was as clean as the day I drove it out of the showroom. I highly recommend Marshalls Autobody Experts for autobody repair.
