Was told 2-3 days for results - it has been 7 days and cannot get my results! Will drive to Midland (45miles) from now on - USE A DIFFERENT LAB!!!

She is very thorough, kind and professional. This location is clean.

Absolutely unacceptable of LabCorp to mislead individuals and companies this way. All aspects of this location are misrepresented. Hours are not correct. It is in a pediatricians office. I arrived at 7:00am as the corporate web information stated walk in hours at this location began at that time. Paper sign states hours begin at 8:00am. Contracting services to third party vendors is understandable; but misrepresenting service times and locations is not. You are being paid for a professional service LabCorp; you could at least give us the courtesy of accurate information. Very dissatisfied.

This LabCorp is located in a pediatrics office and is the worst place to go get blood work! Their website states they open at 7 am and when you get to their office, it states they open at 8 am. Now they have a paper sign on the door that states LabCorp will open at 9:00 am until further notice! Do these people not want to work?!You try to call their office and they hang up on you! This location is filthy, the phlebotomist is rude & unprofessional! In the past, the phlebotomist would be eating while drawing blood! This is so gross!!You make an appointment on-line and they are always running late! It is worse if you go in as a walk-in; you end up waiting at least over an hour or more. Meanwhile, youre sitting in this doctors waiting room with sick people. I do not see the purpose of having this LabCorp in business here when they are not willing to give Good Customer service!!! They represent LabCorp poorly and I can only imagine what the headquarters office would think of their name on this facility...disgraceful to have their reputable business name at this facility!!! I cannot even rate this place as a 1/2 star! (05-02-19)

They have only one person who has to draw all the blood and do all the paperwork it takes a ridiculously long time. Meanwhile youre sitting in a doctors waiting room with sick people many of whom are coughing and sneezing

Website says they open at 7:00 ... Got here & door says they open at 8:00 !!! Its now 8:10 & still not open! Ridiculous!

Absolutely horrible. They have no sense of customer service.

The technician is very kind and considerate!! Best blood draw I ever had... hardly felt it at all!!
