I had an accident on the highway while passing through. They got my car in, diagnosed it, ordered the parts, and had me back on the road faster than anywhere else could’ve done. The service department is probably the best I’ve ever used.

The lady in the parts department went above and beyond to have a part rushed to this dealership from Odessa and was able to move things around to get it installed so I was able to drive 700 miles. I would have missed my daughters birthday if it werent for her. These are good people who generally seem to have the customers best interest in mind.

Was on a 12 hr drive from Austin to Albuquerque when my ecodiesel gladiator had a message on check engine light and message on the dash that said “exhaust system service required-see dealer “. They were able to get my vehicle to a technician within minutes and were able to diagnose it and informed me me that I would be ok to get to my destination and have it serviced a dealer at my destination.

My wife just purchased a new 2020 drive it home then asked next day to return it cause I didn’t like it. I was wanting 2500 diesel. Not even 24 of ownership or more than 50 miles they said no!!! I would recommend driving to Austin or Dallas to an autonation dealer they give you 3 days or 250 miles to return or change to something different. Poor service from a new dealer! I will not return even for service department!!!

Charged me 298.00$ for 3 filters! Oil change was free! I don’t live here but was in need of all my filters and oil to be changed so I thought why not!Almost 300 for 3 filters is stealing from a mans pocket!Breckenridge Tx full oil and filter Change 162.00$Never again will I use your services again!On top of that the service tech didn’t let the truck run long enough in the bay thus causing long starting times when I received the truck back!

K-BEST Media owns a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We trust Star to keep our staff and customers safe in that vehicle. Thanks to regular maintenance our Jeep runs like it did in 2007. When we do have an issue, Star is prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. The battery ran down last week. Star came to our Station, removed the battery and took it back to the dealership. Within an hour, Star brought back our battery and installed it. They even took the time to have us test it before they left. This is why I have personally bought multiple vehicles from Star and have my vehicles serviced there. 2 huge THUMBS UP!

We were on a stay at home order- Not only did Marissa bring it out for me to test drive.. She had all of the paperwork done and delivered it the next day. I also made the check for over $700 over..They are the ones that caught it and immediately returned my money.. Took my truck to get a oil change and a fuel filter change watched the tech get coverd in fuel and when they returned the truck the fuel absorbed into the seat the seat was wet from all the fuel and the seat was coverd in dirt

My mechanic informed me of a recall on the ignition for my vehicle. I contacted Star Dodge in Big Spring and was told they would get the part and get me taken care of. The lady I spoke to dropped the ball and didnt get the order placed for several weeks. I had to follow up twice. However, once it was ordered, it arrived within a few days and I scheduled the appointment. I arrived to drop off my car on my lunch break. One of their techs drove me back to work, very nice gentleman. I called when I got off and they sent someone to pick me up. My car was ready and waiting when I got there. Overall a good experience with nice people.

Terrible experience with their service department. Called on a Friday and had an appointment scheduled for Monday morning at 9am. That part of the process seem nice and smooth until I arrived Monday morning at 9am first warning sign should have been that they didn’t have my appointment set but I over looked that. Dropped my vehicle off and they even gave me a time that my vehicle would be ready. I got shuttled to my house, awesome! As it got closer to the time they said it would be ready(3pm) roughly 6 hours to do some pretty routine maintenance I called in advance to make sure everything was going to be ready and I get told it would be closer to 5pm I said ok no problem as it gets closer to 5pm I called again and make sure the vehicle would be ready. I get a NO and it would now be first thing in the morning around 10am. I said okay they’re busy I can’t understand that. Next day around 10am I come back the dealership thinking I’m gonna be all set I walk in and am informed that my vehicle would now not be ready till mid-late afternoon and here comes the worst part of all of this. I asked if maybe they were at a point we could stop and reschedule the rest of the maintenance for another day as this was a work vehicle and I couldn’t wait another full day. She went back talked to the person would was suppose to be working on my vehicle then came back to me and said they’re bringing your vehicle around and this is were I find out that after all this time that they had the vehicle a full day and most of the next morning after making an appointment prior to even bringing the vehicle in they had not done a single thing to the vehicle. I can’t say I would ever return to this place I’d rather drive 45minutes to an hour to another dealership this is just unacceptable for a business

Star dodge have very friendly staff, the team was always on top of the repair work that needed on my vehicle.The service manager took care of all work and supplied me w a rental so that I could have a vehicle. The parts were all taken care of thru the extended warranty, was glad that they were able to get my vehicle back on the road.

I am a Big Spring native and have always traveled out of town to purchase vehicles because of previous dealings with the local dealerships. When I started looking into the 2019 Ram pickup trucks I was dealing with another dealership and thought I would give Star a chance. Chelsea my salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and technology equipped. I ended up purchasing a 2019 Ram Rebel and I am very happy with my purchase. They got me the truck I wanted with the features I wanted, at the price that I wanted. The next time I am in the market I will be dealing with Chelsea, and Star Dodge in Big Spring Texas.

They’re always accommodating as we live in Midland. They offer excellent customer service and have never had a problem or concern with them in the past. However this visit there was a young man standing in service area talking loudly and using the F word rather frequently where customers could hear, not very professional on his part. But other than that, will continue to work with them.

I don’t normally leave reviews but the people who work at Star Dodge are beyond fantastic. I randomly called one day to see if we could find my husband a truck and by the end of the day he was driving off in a truck that he loves. I would like to take this time to thank the service manager and her team. First of all Lynette is a down to earth southern woman. Who reminds me of my mom never meets a stranger and always greets you with a smile. It’s hard to find people like that today. With the way the times are today and everything going on with the virus and economy. We need more people like her. I was needing to put a gooseneck hitch in the back of my truck for my fifth wheel. At first I didn’t know whether to go with the ball or 5th wheel hitch. Lynette was their to answer all my questions and head me in the right direction. I went with the ball rated at 30,000 lbs. Lynette got me in the next day and it was installed. All I can say I got first class service. When I showed up to pick up my truck a member of the service team was there to go over the equipment. Before leaving Lynette was there greeting me with a smile and shaking my hand. With her southern twang if you need anything else just let me know.

Great customer service and fast. Only comment I would have is I had my tires rotated but they didn’t adjust air pressure accordingly in the tires so when I got in my truck it showed low air pressure on back tires and I had to let air out of the front tires to get it back to how it’s supposed to be. (65psi front 85 psi back)

I took 2 trips to Star in Big Spring to pick up the car after being told it was finished & perfect & it was not. Neither time could the car be driven out of the lot. One time the car was picked up, it was still leaking antifreeze. It cost me over a thousand dollars because of a $1 clamp that was forgotten. Despite multiple promises, Star did NOT stand behind their work. Car was released back to me with seat belt warning light still on.

Corey White was so helpful, got us in the exact truck we wanted. Made sure to listen to what I wanted. Also helped surprise my husband with his truck! He went above and beyond, ask for corey! You will not regret it!

I originally went to clear a check engine light. When I arrived they immediately checked my OBD2 and went over the codes with me. They had all gone into stored status.I wanted to get a bed extender put in and they got it installed in about an hour. I was satisfied with the work and the wait time. Way to go Star Dodge!

Had some problems with the service department but thanks to the manager he got everything taken care of for me.

I was told 2 hours for recalls and it ended up taking 5 hours. That would’ve been fine but I was not called to be told they were going to take that long. When I went to complain to the service manager Lynette Rich she said to not give her that attitude. She should not be in the service industry and avoid this place at all costs.
