Customer service was great! We were there to get our old phones replaced to new ones on a different plan, and the employee who got us set up (Floyd) was really helpful and very insightful to our situation, and even helped us get cheaper prices on buying an assortment of different phone accessories! I definitely recommend this location to anyone nearby.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, I traded in my old phone to upgrade. They helped me with everything I could have needed and helped me to get the best deals. Amazing staff!

If I could give them negative stars I would. I am dealing with so many issues after setting up an account with this store a few weeks ago. The person we spoke to knew basically nothing about any of phones, the plans or how to set anything up. So now we get to talk to customer service to constantly fix all the things they messed up. Go to literally any other store and I imagine youll have a better experience. It took us 5 hours to set 3 phones and guess what? They screwed up 2 of those and we ended up on the phone with customer service 2 times the night we got the phones. And today we got our first bill with multiple charges that they already charged us for at the store.

Everyone at this store was super helpful, specifically Jack, he was really friendly and helped me as best as he could :) A really good experience overall.

Drew, the manager, helped us tremendously!! He immediately knew what to do re. our mobile hotspot (Nighthawk) issue. We werent getting a working connection even though our network was set up. We purchased the hotspot in Illinois, and needed to work here in MI, so we were a bit desperate. I am so relieved. Fast, smart and courteous!!!

We arrived at the store when they opened at 10:00 A.M. we upgraded to new phones. The representative was very helpful transferring data from our old phones to our new. The representative also helped get my husbands new phone paired, and working with his hearing aids. At the time we got there the representative was alone in the store. There were other customers that came while our new phones were being set up. The representative was very courteous and professional working with us, and multitasking with the other customers. You know how sometimes you change something in your phone, and youre not sure what you did? That was me. Tried everything, Google, You Tube, family, no luck. Went to AT&T and presented the Associate with with my problem, right away he started looking for answers, and stayed at it until the problem was solved. Great personality, customer service was top notch and professional, not to mention they didnt charge me. Go there, see Drew, hell help you out.

I was there a long time but that was bc the systems were being updated that’s why I put 4 stars Drew helped me and I was very happy with everything he did I give him 5 stars. I started a new account for 4 lines and I’m only paying a little bit more then when I had sprint and only had 3 lines with junk phones. I got the phones I wanted at a price I’m extremely happy with and the service is just so much better then sprint I can actually talk to people on my cell phone at my house. I can get rid of my house phone now I had to get after getting sprint. So glad I made the change.

Dustin was very helpful in getting my daughter set up with her first phone. He was easy to talk to and very friendly. He knew what he was doing and got the job done. Thank you Dustin.

We had our phones sent to us and had some really great help before hand. Our phones were sent with a 4G sim. We were able to get a new one installed and activated with an upgrade at the store no problems!

Great place, easy, and quick, set me up with a post paid account, took like 10 minutes and done. They keep the place clean and safe as well, highly recommend, and way faster than online!

This is only a outlet store. They can only sell something. Good luck trying to get their help with removing phone lines or problems on your bill. If you can drive to GR or Mt Pleasant go to a real store instead.

Instantly everyone in the store was so helpful went above and beyond to make sure myself and my fiancé was satisfied and happy once we left the store will definitely be coming back too this store in the future and telling all of our friends and family. We both ended up leaving the store with brand new iPhone 12s and the series 6 apple watches. I myself was under a different carrier through Verizon and wanted too change due too expensive costs for phone bill so I ended up switching too AT&T and never have we both had a better experience. Her excuse for the terrible service and the inability to help us, was due to the fact that this particular AT & T sore is privately owned. Heads up-- if you dont buy your phone and accessories at this location, you cannot get any service!!

My Samsung tablet suddenly started having problems with Gmail and several other apps giving me a wont work without Google play services....... The young man who waited on me didnt have a clue as to what was wrong or how to fix it, could only refer me to a third party tech. My daughter did a internet search and quickly found out that somehow Google Play Store had gotten deleted and needed to be reinstalled. If you buy a device from this authorized retailer dont expect any after sale support.

Do not go through the drive through service unless you wa t the hell scratched out of your car. My good know my Chevy Silverado has scratches from the front of the hood to the back and a down the sides and my truck is black so they are very noticeable!!!!!!!!!!
