This Is my new favorite place. We hit a deer and took alot of damage. These guys did such a wonderful job. They staff was so friendly. A deer had ran into the side of my new car a few weeks before a big vacation we had been waiting for. Taylor at the shop was so impressive. She was on top of everything making sure parts came in as needed and got my car back to me the day before we left for vacation. It looks like brand new. The communication I received from the shop helped calm my fears. They have definitely earned my trust and future business.

I have used JR Customs twice and both times they went above and beyond and my car comes out perfect. Service was fast and very affordable.

This is such a great shop to take your car too, run by fabulous people also!I hit a raccoon and damaged the front end of my car, when I got it back, there was a bad fuse that was missed. They paid for my tow bill, and didn’t think twice about repairing my car.Unfortunately my car is still having an issue a week later, (I’m assuming it’s actually a programming issue, not caused by JR custom and collision) but they did put me in a rental car while my car gets worked on and looked at.I would recommend them to anyone that needs cosmetic work.They aren’t a mechanic shop, but they are willing to fix the mechanical issues on my car due to it being missed the first initial time.Hopefully this is my last time seeing them lol

I had hit a stump. Body damage in front of my truck. They did an excellent job...and on time. Would use them next time I do something stupid.

Jason and his team are so easy to work with and will do whatever it takes to ensure you’re happy with their work. I recently had to have a shattered skylight replaced and had issues with the seal on the glass (factory replacement glass). Jason had no problem with ordering another replacement (and offered a loaner car while I waiting for the replacement). The second one was defective as well. 😢 These issues were not installation problems but defective seals on the glass from the factory. JR Customs went above and beyond what I would expect from most repair shops and I’m happy with the final result. I highly recommend them for your bodywork needs! 😊

They were very professional and available after hours. Very helpful with collision and very knowledgeable. Helped with a rental car and towing. They were great. The women in the office were fantastic and very helpful. Definitely recommend for students in the area!

The Penzoil guys told me about J&R. I needed the rocker panels replaced on the 2009 Focus Grandpa gave my teenager kids, and both of the two best other body shops said theyd have to replace all around the doors, etc., it would cost more than the value of the car... When Jason at JR Customs saw it, he said, Can do, and replaced only the rocker panels; did a nice job, too. Even let my kids see the work in-progress so theyd learn about it. The price was less than half what I had been quoted at the other places (which are excellent body shops--Ive been pleased with their work, too). Now Im going to see if Jason wants to do a little work on my Escape Hybrid :). Maybe Ill let him touch up a scratch on my Shelby as well.

Talk about friendly and professional service! Jason was very accommodating to my repair needs, made the insurance process easy and stress- free. The ladies in the office were friendly and helpful. The guys in the shop did phenomenal work on my Jeep. Would highly recommended if your looking for vehicle repair, this is the place to go! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

Had scratches on a 2017 challenger and they buffed them out. Car looks great and still free of scratches. Fair prices as well! Definitely recommend

Amazing! We live 3 hours away and was in the area for holiday. We hit a deer and the tow truck driver suggested them. They worked perfectly with the insurance and even provided a rental car!! Honest workers and owner!!!!!!!

Just had wifes car repaired after backing into a light post. Taylor is very friendly and helpful with your questions. Jason and his staff did an amazing job. Not only did they repair the damage but detailed the inside of the car.
