They did a pretty good job on a carpet that was quite abused. I wish, I had all the rooms done, since it looks the wooden floor underneath some rooms will take while to get refinished.

My wife and I were on out honeymoon when out dog had an accident. My parents hired this company to clean the mess up so we would have a clean house when I got back. Our tile is the 3d rugged looking tile that had sealant on it and looked great. They removed half of the sealant, and didnt move any furniture. It cost 300 dollars for them to screw up my floor. Every tile still has half sealant, and I cant move furniture because its shiny underneath. I dont think it can resealed properly because I wont be able to get all the original sealant off which is flaking and will show in the clear new seal. If they dont have the equipment or ability to do a job properly they should do it. I probably have to replace my entire floor if i want it to look good again. They take responsibility and just said that type of tile isnt good for sealing because it cant be resealed. Well maybe they shouldnt use their machine on something they know wont turn out well. Its the job of the professional to deny services if it wont turn out well. They were hired to clean dog feces, not irreversibly damage my flooring. The lazy mover even put pads underneath the legs of my couch like he was going to do behind it, but never did. My floor looks awful after paying 300 dollars for it to be cleaned.

They were super fast and amazingly efficient. Great Job guys! My floor looks better then ever. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
