Poor customer service and ridiculous wait times. I used this company back in December when our furnace went out and our service was great. Planned to use them again this spring for switching our house from propane to natural gas. They came out to the home and the tech was very educated however we were promised a quote in a timely manor. We never received our quote when the tech stated we would. When I attempted to reach the office to inquire about our missing quote we did not receive any response for three days. When I finally was able to contact the office via texts as message box was full for voice calls the representative told me I was misinformed and wrong. I suggested techs be educated on not making promises of deadlines she called me and she told me how rude I was. Let’s just say they will never receive my business again!

We had a gas fireplace insert installed by Fullmer & Sons. Everyone was easy to work with .. Greg in showroom, Mike for gas line and Joe & Stacey for installation. Very professional and helpful with questions. We absolutely love our new fireplace. Thank you Fullmer & Sons!!

Fullmer and sons heating and cooling is a very professional business. They just installed in new gas fireplace insert in our vintage 1940s built home. Imagine the challenges --- they successfully tackled each one and we now have a beautiful and efficient fireplace insert heating our walk-out basement.

The worst service I have ever seen. We had them come out to look at a gas fireplace. They scheduled it for the afternoon but showed up at 11AM. This was not a problem but could have been. Once here the service guy was very nice but was not able to quote the furnace portion. He could only take measurements. The fireplace needs a pilot assembly which after waiting for them to get back to me for 3 weeks I found in line. They told me they lost my paper work and would need to get back to me. After getting back to me they said the part was not available but could replace the unit for $ 6,000. No thanks! I will hire a more competent company.

Today Fullmer and Sons completed my new furnace and fireplace. My old fuel oil burner was removed and a new high efficiency propane furnace was installed. In addition, a propane fireplace was inserted in my living room wood fireplace area. Jo and Mike worked at my house, and all efforts were made by them to accommodate my schedule during the removal and installation process of the furnace and fireplace. I requested some time after the removal of the old furnace to clean up and paint the walls of the basement prior to the installation of the new furnace, and Jo made the effort to come in on the Thursday prior to the installation week to remove the old furnace and that provided me with three days to paint and clean up the basement and get ready for the new furnace. Fullmer and Sons coordinated with the new propane company to schedule the propane hookup date to coordinate with the day that the furnace installation was completed, and I did not have to worry about that aspect of the change process. Jo and Mike took great care to protect my carpets and furniture during the installation and took great care to clean up prior to leaving the house. Greg, Jo and Mike did follow up visits through calls, or personal visits to the house to make sure the system was running as it should. An additional aspect the provided me with great mental comfort, was that I could ask questions before, during and after the installation, regarding the products that I had ordered and that was being delivered, and the team would take the time to explain all the details of the operation of all the products. At the conclusion of the installation I was provided with the assurance that If I had any problems, all I had to do was call.

We have an older boiler system our home and have had to call on Fullmer & Sons twice in the past 3 years. Mike has been the tech to come on both occasions. He is very professional and friendly. He throughly explains what the problem is, what is needed to correct the problem, and an accurate estimate. We have been extremely satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to call them in the future.

Took me two weeks to get someone on the phone only to tell me they cant do simple repairs.

We just had a whole house dehumidifier installed by Fullmer. They did the work while we were not even there and left everything spic and span, no debris for us to clean up.We are very happy with the product, it has made our ground floor so much more comfortable. It was well worth the price and I would recommend doing this to anyone who has a damp, chilly basement.

Fullmer & Sons were very easy to work with when I had my furnace replaced. They were friendly and reliable. They also re-routed all of my duct work to free up space in my laundry room. Their installation team was courteous and did a great job in keeping things clean and picked up. I had some issues with the house getting warm and they came out and made a few adjustments. They also informed me I needed more insulation to hold the heat. I am still a disappointed in the performance of the furnace installed and have been told by another installer that its too small for my living space. I am still not getting the heat I would like. I have a simple one-level house with no upstairs or basement.

I am not impressed because Fullmer and Sons communicated, arrived on time, worked with my individual situation and completed the work to standard. I am impressed with this company because the costumer service is better then any company I have worked with in Michigan.They made be feel like I mattered and my situation was urgent and went above and beyond to get the central air fixed. Heck, it was fixed when I got home at a perfect cost. Thank you, I might just break it myself just too deal with a great company again.

Prompt and friendly service. Joe arrived for a furnace tune-up. He cleaned all the parts necessary, measure my efficiency, heat rise, and air pressure. He took the time to explain everything he did and discussed some small issues that could be addressed. He also suggested switching the type of filters and replaced them. Great, quick service. I will definitely be using Fullmer & Sons again.

Fullmer & Sons did a great job installing our furnace. The installers were on time on the day scheduled to install the furnace. Both the installers were very friendly. I had a WiFi thermostat, they worked me through setting up the thermostat. The installers clean up the area and vacuum the carpet. I am very please with the service of the installers and with Fuller & Sons. This is a Great company to deal with.

Very slow to return call. Furnace died and we are in cold winter weather. Called someone else and the service from them has been fantastic.

Fullmer and Sons was outstanding. The install of my furnace and Ecobee was completed without any issues, and, when they were done it looked like they had never been there at all. A big kudos to the Fullmer team on there friendly and professional service. I will definitely use there services again when needed.

I very much enjoy working with fulmer and sons, the only issue I have is they are so well liked it is hard to tie them down. I have things that need attention and am willing to wait for them to have some time to come out.

When we added on to our home, Greg and the crew worked with us on what furnace would be best for the additional square footage. Not to mention adding new runs to feed the new addition. Very professional and easy to work with.

Fast and reliable service .

We are extremely satisfied with the product and service of Fullmer and Sons. Our furnace broke down when it was 8 degrees. We called them and they were at our house within an hour. Unfortunately our 35+ year furnace was shot. They came the very next day, pulled out our old one and installed a new one. We are very satisfied and WARM! THANK YOU!They have great communication as well. I messed up the paperwork on our rebate. They instantly communicated with us and redid it.We are EXTREMELY Thankful!

Called them to my house several times to repair my furnace. They charged me for a house call everytime they came out. Fullmer never repaired the furnace properly the first time or all of the other times. Went through the Father, and sons, still not resolved. The did NOTHING but take my money. Please take my advice and call someone else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with this company. I wonder how they sleep at night.

EXTREMELY PLEASED... Fullmer and Sons replaced my generic furnace with a Lennox 98% efficient furnace, AC unit and a direct vent water heater along with a humidifier and hospital grade filter system as my wife has horrible allergies.I was very pleased at the onset, from the quotation process with Greg and answering many questions which he gave very well explained answers to the 2 days of installation with Joe Jr. and Stacey.Joe is very conscientious and does work that is of course functional but also looks good as well. Stacey operates the same way, she once worked as her own independent contractor and believes in doing quality work. Great team!I couldnt have been more happy with the entire process and my new system is working great, my wife has even commented how the high efficiency system along with the hospital grade filter system and humidifier has brought her huge relief where her allergies are concerned.I plan on finishing my basement soon and having them install a gas log wood stove and a small heater in my garage.Fullmer Heating and Cooling & Fireplaces is a small business run by two brothers who are carrying on what was learned from their Dad while also implementing technologies of the 21st Century, I highly recommend them!UPDATE: I have had my Lennox unit for a year now and still am very pleased with the performance, efficiency and installation of the furnace, central air and hot water heater.My wife has noticed an enormous difference in her allergy symptoms since we did have the hospital-grade filter system and a humidifier installed along with the equipment, its not that much more and it has made her more comfortable...Happy Wife, Happier Life! 👍😎🤠

I have used Fullmer & Sons multiple times for work on my furnace. Each time they have been courteous and professional.

It would be good for everyone if you ran no heat service calls after hours (5:30 pm Wednesday) in the middle of winter.
