We hired Pristine to clean our windows, inside and out with the “gold plan”. This included window sills and screens. They arrived promptly and introduced themselves, very professional. My only complaints are that they left things very wet and the sills were not clean. I had to go around and dry each sill, some windows and the front and side door which were soaked. They even drenched a floral wreath on the front door which I had to remove and dry out for a couple days.The windows themselves are clean and I am pleased with that. Next time I will follow them around and make sure they dry everything. Due to covid I tried to keep my distance.

The two women that deep cleaned my house did a great job. Everything was sparkling - Floors, cabinets, appliances, woodwork, bathroom and shower. I will be having pristine do regular bi-weekly cleans going forward. I’m looking forward to that! Thank you very much.

I tried to book a residential deep cleaning, with re-occurring monthly cleaning from Pristine. After not getting a response after filling out their online page to get a quote, I called to follow up. It did not seem as if they had my inquiry, so we went through all of the information again. The next available appointment was 6 weeks away, which we booked, and in that 6 weeks they changed the time of the service on us 4 times, including the day before the service. After reaching out each time to remind them that we needed to keep our originally scheduled appointment (noon), or switch to a new day, we were assured that we were all set for noon. The day of service came and no one showed up. They say on their site to leave a 60 minute window before and after. We waited just under 2 and a half hours before calling and spoke to Tyler, who said we should have heard something by then and he wasnt sure when someone would be there. From inquiry to lack of delivery, this was an incredibly disappointing process where not one aspect went smoothly. This company came so highly recommended but we just didnt feel like a priority until after the no-show when we got several emails asking to leave a positive review.

The fridge wasnt cleaned, theres dust in every closet/light fixture, and lastly the previous owners cat hair covered in the staircase & everywhere, Everything was dirty as it is. They didnt even mope. Also, this was an empty house ! I would hate to see how they would have cleaned the house with furniture in it. We were not at home with them, We trusted them. Really, I don’t think so....they know what deep cleaning means????this company charged me $750+ for cleaning what exactly??Unfortunately yes, that is your company. Good job cleaning but unfortunately I had to cancel my service after my first clean due to the erratic schedule and inconsistent communication. They unfortunately can’t commit to a regular cleaning schedule which is hard to do when you have a family and people working at home!

I highly recommend Pristine Cleaners. The young women cleaning were very professional looking in their company shirts. They did a very thorough cleaning including the extras like cleaning under area rugs and the outdoor mats. The the floors looked fantastic. The best part for us was that that they used natural cleaning products which are better for the environment and for peoples health. Hanna, Jenny, and Joanna came over to do the initial clean on my fairly large home. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats so fur is everywhere. Additionally, a fridge magnet stuck itself to the bottom of an oven tray the night before and created a smelly plastic disaster in the oven when we tried (briefly) to roast some food.The team took it all in stride and kept a super positive attitude all afternoon. They sorted out the oven, and had our place spotless by the time they left. It took a little longer than they expected but they didn’t cut any corners and got done.I paid for the initial cleaning and I feel I got more than I paid for from this group. They were all very professional and cheerful throughout the day. I’m glad I found you guys.Fantastic job!

I’ve had the fortune of Hannah cleaning my apartment twice and she did a wonderful, thorough job (which isn’t easy especially for the floors given old uneven hardwood and cat litter) and as others mentioned, I was 100% comfortable having her in my apartment while I was gone. As an added plus, she’s great with dogs and cats!5/2019 update: unfortunately I have to change my review to a negative. While Hannah is great, the customer service completely fell off to non-existent. Reminders as requested were not sent and while I will take some responsibility for not putting in my calendar, I travel a lot and it shouldn’t be a lot to ask. Tyler’s response to lack of his follow through was completely indifferent, and tone implied that I was in the wrong and must have received them. No indication that there was interest in customer satisfaction for a client that had been using once monthly cleaning for the past 6 mos. I noted date of most recent scheduled date-yesterday-and once again no reminder as of the day before. I emailed to ask what time to expect Hannah as none had been given. No response. I can’t recommend because of this and will no longer be using their services.

They have listened to all of my instruction very well and I would recommend them. Ashely has been a great help. She doesn’t need instruction at this point. She is reliable and never a bother.
