We used this service for a bachelorette party in Ogunquit, and they canceled that night at 11:15pm, when our scheduled pick-up time was midnight. Not only was this “business” careless, it was downright dangerous. If you’re looking for safe, reliable transportation to your event, look elsewhere.

Absolutely Awful! I honestly have no idea how this man is still in business. I scheduled a pick up with them for noon today. I spoke with the owner on the phone TWICE and he confirmed the pick up just a half hour prior to the pick up time. Noon came and went. I called but the owner wouldnt pick up and his mailbox was full so I couldnt even leave a message. 1pm came and went....2pm came and went.....I had to call a friend to come pick me up. I sure wish I had checked his google reviews before I booked with him. Lesson learned.

This company was booked for a bachelorette group of 10 over the weekend. They were fine for the trip down, but without any reason canceled on us 45 minutes prior to our scheduled pick up time. When we tried to call and see why, there was no answer at all. It left all of us in a panic and in a dangerous situation where we had to scramble and find anyone late at night to help us so we were not stranded. Very unprofessional, responsive, or reliable

I had been messaging with “Tony” for a few weeks trying to set up taxi service for myself and my husband and in laws we were traveling to Maine from out of state for a wedding. “Tony” over the phone told me no problem to text him so he could send me a quote and then send me a page to fill out a request form for the time frame we needed . I did that , on the page I put my credit card information in . We had been emailing / texting for the next three weeks . He took some time to respond to me which did make me weary , but eventually always responded. Last night was the night we set up for pick up to the wedding , we met at the pick up location and at which time” Tony “ told me he was canceling , and would not pick up my calls. We tried to call him from another line , he picked up and started chatting with my brother in law and once he found out we were from the same party he hung up again and then continued to screen his calls . We checked the card , and it was in deed charged when we NEVER received services form this taxi company . In a scramble to get a ride to the wedding and home safely , we started reaching out to other local taxi services , and found that a half dozen or so differently named companies , ALL went to “Tony’s” phone . He is a scam artist . We called this morning from my husbands phone and he answered nicely then when I stated my name , he hung up again . Currently in the process of investigating this fraudulent activity with my card services. I hope if you are reading this you can continue to search for another taxi service- DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE . Also beware Old Orchard Beach taxi , which is actually who I thought I was dealing with but got charged on my card by hi5 LLC. One of his many aliases .“Tony” if you are reading this, there is a special place in hell for a human who will leave others stranded behind in desperation and steal hard earned money from individuals who put in an honest days work. The epitome of evil. Knowing better, and turning your back as if you didn’t .

First off, if I could give 0 stars I would. I’m posting on behalf of my significant other. Her and a group of women in a bachelorette party used this service to drive them to bars. They dropped them off and were scheduled to pick them up after midnight but cancelled last minute with no communication. They had to frantically try to find means of transportation late in the night, and luckily I was able to drive over an hour to pick them up..Bro, you left a group of intoxicated women stranded with no local ubers after midnight... do you know how bad that is?? Arguably the worst company and customer service I’ve ever had to deal with.

Use with caution! Booked and had a confirmation, but was never picked up. No cancellation notice or anything. They also didn’t answer the phone. Left us stranded in Cape Neddick. Terrible business!

Do not use this service. We did not read the reviews and that was a terrible mistake. They cancelled on 10 women at 11:15 for no reason when they were supposed to get us at midnight. Not safe, super dangerous, could have ended up way worse.

First the guy took 40 minutes to show up. Then he asks for $20 to go 3 miles. This is after he asked questions about how expensive our house was. He has no meter. Shady and unprofessional. You’re better off walking.

Its one guy driving (the owner) hell tell you 5 mins, and show up 45 mins later, or not at all! Very displeased! Youd be better off walking to where you want to go. 👎

This guy has like 100 taxi companies. Unprofessional and also marks other companies as closed.

They left me and 13 other women stranded at night 45 minutes from home. They canceled 30 minutes prior to the 12am scheduled pickup time leaving us with no other options. This is a terrible service. Run. I repeat, run far away and do not book with them.

They never show up

Incredibly friendly, reliable service. I would not call anyone else in Portland! As a frequent traveller, removing any element of uncertainty is key to limiting stress. Portland Airport Express has done just that. I am grateful for their kind, thoughtful drivers and reliability! Truly unique in todays day and age!!

I always call Biddeford Taxi Service By Hi5 LLC when I need reliable Airport transfer. They are amazing professionals and are always on time, which is something that I value a lot. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable services. Thank you!

Never picked me up

This is the second time Ive reviewed this service. The dispatcher is one of the rudest people Ive ever interacted with. They use an unmarked, scratched black van as a taxi, so half the time you just miss it because they leave without you, because no ones going to walk up to a random unmarked black van and hop in because the driver says its a taxi. They get defensive and angry at you for their mistakes. Do not use this service.
