Excellent place for tool rentalsThey have good machinery for rent. I got a fair rental on a stop grinder that was in great working order and ran well. Staff is very helpful! Full supply of Stihl products also.

Ive had a couple experiences with this Taylor Rental and they are amazing. First was when I rented a rototiller and then second was them fixing my atv for me. Soooo happy and they dont mind all the dumb blonde questions lol!!! 100% recommend this place!

I have been purchasing and renting equipment from Jeff and Taylor Rental/Biddeford for many years, and have always been more than pleased.What I most like is that I can purchase machinery there for an equal or better price than the box stores (like Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) ... and when there is an inevitable need for service, Taylor Rental/Biddeford is ready with a mechanic and parts....incredible service by today’s standards.Jeff and company are very fair.This is a real review.

I was told I could pick up a track skid steer At noon time show up to pick it up it’s not there then get told it’s going to be 30 minutes before it arrives 30 minutes go by then they come out and tell me they haven’t even gone to get it and then they told me they want to charge me almost double what we had agreed upon over the phone

Emailed them requesting rental prices for specific machinery. Never received a response. Rented from home depot. Horrible customer service in my opinion. Will continue to do business with home depot and do not recommend this place based on my personal experience.

Great equipment and helpful staff

I have rented from Taylor Rental for years and have always been treated with professional service and great equipment. But I dont write a lot of reviews. So what causes me to write a review today? In the middle of cleaning up a snowstorm, I had one of my personal pieces of equipment go down. After a few other calls, I called them, hoping theyre repair shop might be able to help. While the repair wasnt in their scope of work, they directed me to the perfect person to help me, while offering me a temporary solution to get me through the job. Incredible service! They have secured my future business and I feel blessed to have such a company in our community.

Helpful stafg but did not wear masks or require patrons to. Also did not keep social distence.

Most of the equipment is pretty beat up and doesnt work as it should...

I really had high hopes for Taylor Rental to install 7 way hitch wiring to our car. I had good luck renting equipment from them, so I figured their reputation would follow into their trailer wiring effort. Well, I was wrong, and it cost me a lot of time and energy to get it right. The wiring looked like a 5th grader installed it. Just a few of the things I found that were wrong (and I am not an expert by any means): One of the butt connectors they made came apart as I was driving home (when I called the first time they said it was not supposed to be attached. Seriously they said that). They did not bother to hookup one of the 7 pin wires for the backup lights on my trailer to work (someone apparently decided those were an option I did not need...). The wire butt connectors used near the hitch were not weather proof or soldered - they were wide open to the Maine snow, ice, & wet (the installer must be from Arizona where nothing rusts), the wiring underneath the car was loose above the muffler without being fastened (I guess they ran out of fasteners and couldnt walk the 300 yards to Napa to get new ones?) . The wiring in the engine compartment went everywhere and was not tucked in nicely anywhere - just out in the open right next to the very hot engine with no protection (I suspect they wanted to add more color to my engine compartment, but I really just wanted black). I could not even close my small battery terminal cover after they were done. The list goes on, but you get the idea. Definitely rent from Taylor Rental for their equipment, but stay away from them for trailer or car wiring. Go to Complete Mobile in Scarborough instead.

Terrible customer service (sanford location is worse) I have a business account with them and they never log anything into their computer or on my account. They never return phone calls and you have to call them several times and tell several people to place an order before they ever get around to it and if they do you have to talk to every single employee and harass them just to get them to find you parts that have been sitting behind the counter for a week.

The rental equipment is well maintained. The prices seem a little high to me, but I have no basis for comparison.

The team here is always very helpful.

I reserved a brush hog. I showed up to get it and went on and paid for it. When I drove out back as instructed to pick it up nobody would help me. When they did they said they didnt have one .
